استثناگرايي، ثبات مبتني بر سيطره و اسلام‌هراسي در آمريكا

Exceptionalism, Hegemonic Stability and Islamophobia in America

از سال 1620 كه گروهي از مهاجران انگليسي به آمريكا مهاجرت كردند، استثناگرايي مبتني بر نگرش ملتي خاص، قوم و نژادي برتر، اسراييل عصر حاضر، بهشت روي زمين و... در گفتار و رفتار آمريكاييان و به ويژه در لحن و گفتار روساي جمهور آمريكا از «جورج واشنگتن» تا «باراك اوباما» وجود داشته است. آمريكايي‌ها به اين افسانه اعتقاد دارند كه مهاجرتشان از انگلستان، نوع جديدي از مهاجرت «قوم يهود» به «سرزمين موعود» و براي ساختن قلمرو خدا بوده است؛ تا جايي كه به خود حق مي‌دهند اگر ملتي با اين شيوه و طرز تفكر مخالفت كرد، با آن به جنگ برخيزند. بنابراين ابتدا مي‌توان اين سوال را مطرح كرد كه منشا تفكر استثناگرايي از كجاست و سپس اينكه چگونه اين تفكر مبنايي براي شكل گيري نظريه ثبات مبتني بر سيطره يا ثبات هژمونيك قرار گرفته است و ارتباط آن با رواج اسلام هراسي در جامعه آمريكا چيست؟ ازاين رو هدف مقاله حاضر، ابتدا نشان دادن منشا تفكر استثناگرايي آمريكايي و سپس نشان دادن تاثيري است كه اين تفكر در شكل گيري نظريه ثبات مبتني بر تهاجم يا سيطره و طرح و رواج انديشه اسلام هراسي در جامعه آمريكا دارد. بنابراين فرض مقاله حاضر اين است كه استثناگرايي امريكايي به دولت مردان اين كشور، رفتاري تهاجمي و مداخله گرايانه داده است و بر اين اساس آمريكا نقش هژمونيك خود را ايفا مي‌كند. در اين راستا دين اسلام به عنوان ايديولوژي سيطره ستيز، مانع چنين رفتاري بوده است. بنابراين اسلام ستيزي و اسلام هراسي در دستور كار راهبردي آمريكا قرار گرفته است.

Since the year 1620, when a group of English people immigrated to America, exceptionalism based on the attitude of unique nation, racial superiority, the Israel of the time, the heaven on the earth and … have been seen in American society and, particularly, in the literature of American presidents, from George Washington to Barack Obama. Americans believe in the myth that their immigration from England has been the new type of “the Jewsʹ immigration“ to the promised land” in order to build the God’s domain, so that they preserve the right to fight against any people who oppose the idea. So The first question that comes to mind is that what is the origin of idea of exceptionalism, and then how the idea became a basis for the theory of hegemonic stability, and then how this thought is supposed as the basis for formation of consistency theory based on dominance or hegemonic stability and what is its relation to the dissemination of Islamophobia in American society? Our purpose in this paper is showing where American exceptionalism is rooted in, and illustrating the effect that this thought has in formulating the hegemony theory based on offensiveness or dominance and raising and preaching of Islam phobia in American society. So this paper supposes that American Exceptionalism makes this countryʹs state men act offensively and internationally that based on this, America has played its hegemonic role. And, because Islam as an anti hegemony religion, oppose such behavior, fighting Islam and Islamophobia has become America’s strategic agenda.
