تبيين الگوي ارتباطي هوش هيجاني، هوش اجتماعي و هوش شناختي مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌هاي ايران

Modeling the Relationship of Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence and Cognitive Intelligence in Physical Education Managers of Iran Universities

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبيين الگوي ارتباطي بين هوش هيجاني، هوش اجتماعي و هوش شناختي مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌هاي ايران بود. جامعه آماري تحقيق مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي كشور به تعداد 90 نفر بود كه همه آنها به‌طور كل‌شمار براي نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شدند. به منظور دستيابي به اهداف تحقيق از سه پرسشنامه هوش هيجاني شرينگ، هوش شناختي ريون و هوش اجتماعي سيلورا استفاده شد. روايي هر سه پرسشنامه به تاييد ده تن از متخصصان رسيد و پايايي آنها در يك مطالعه مقدماتي با 30 آزمودني و با آلفاي كرونباخ به‌ترتيب 89/0، 91/0 و 90/0 محاسبه شد. براي تحليل داده ها از روش هاي آماري توصيفي و استنباطي مانند كولموگروف -اسميرنوف، تي استودنت تك‌نمونه اي و معادلات ساختاري با كمك نرم‌افزار SPSS و AMOS استفاده شد. يافته‌ها نشان داد بين هوش هيجاني و هوش شناختي مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌ها رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد. بين هوش هيجاني و هوش اجتماعي مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌ها ارتباط معناداري وجود دارد. بين هوش شناختي و هوش اجتماعي مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌ها ارتباط معناداري وجود دارد. همچنين بين هوش هيجاني و هوش اجتماعي با هوش شناختي مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌ها رابطه معناداري مشاهده شد و مدل ارتباطي آنها از برازش مطلوبي برخوردار است.

The aim of this study was to design a model of the relationship of emotional intelligence, social intelligence and cognitive intelligence in physical education managers of universities in Iran. The statistical population included physical education managers of state universities in Iran (N=90) and all of them were selected by census sampling method as the study sample. The Shrink Questionnaire of Emotional Intelligence, the Rayon Questionnaire of Cognitive Intelligence and the Silvera Questionnaire of Social Intelligence were used to achieve the study objectives. The validity of the three questionnaires was confirmed by 10 experts and their reliability was calculated in a pilot study with 30 subjects and Cronbach alpha (0.89, 0.91 and 0.90 respectively). The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics including K-S, one-sample t test and structural equation modeling with SPSS and AMOS software. Results showed a significant and positive relationship between emotional intelligence and cognitive intelligence of physical education managers of universities. There was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and social intelligence of physical education managers of universities. There was a significant relationship between cognitive and social intelligence of physical education managers of universities. There was a significant relationship between emotional and social intelligence and cognitive intelligence of physical education managers of universities. Also, the model of their relationship had a desirable fit.
