An Identification of Problems of Physical Education Course in Isfahan Schools and A comparison of the Viewpoints of Physical Education Managers, Experts and Teachers in Isfahan Schools

تحقيق حاضر با هدف شناسايي مشكلات موجود درس تربيت بدني در مدارس شهر اصفهان و مقايسه ديدگاه مديران، معلمان و كارشناسان انجام گرفته است. اين تحقيق از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي است و به شيوه ميداني به مرحله اجرا در آمده است. جامعه پژوهش تمامي معلمان تربيت بدني و مديران و كارشناسان تربيت بدني ادارات آموزش و پرورش كليه مناطق شهر اصفهان بودند. گويه‌هاي تحقيق به‌وسيله تحليل عاملي تاييدي و اكتشافي مشخص شده است. پايايي پرسشنامه به‌وسيله ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ و به مقدار 863/0 محاسبه شده است. تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها نشان داد كه بين ديدگاه مديران، كارشناسان و معلمان تربيت بدني درباره كيفيت درس تربيت بدني مدارس تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد. نتايج نشان داد كه مشكلات مربوط به برنامه‌ريزي ناصحيح در درس تربيت بدني مدارس، از جمله مهم‌ترين مشكلات درس تربيت بدني و ورزش مدارس هستند. وزارت آموزش و پرورش بايد با برنامه‌ريزي منظم و توجه به واقعيت‌ها و كمبودهاي موجود، برنامه‌اي بلندمدت براي توسعه درس تربيت بدني در مدارس داشته باشد.

This study aimed at identifying the existing problems of physical education course in schools of Isfahan city and comparing the viewpoints of managers, teachers and experts. This study was applied and field. The study population consisted of all physical education teachers, managers and experts of Education offices in all areas of Isfahan city. Study items were specified by confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient (0.863). Data analysis showed a significant difference among the viewpoints of physical education managers, experts and teachers in the quality of physical education course in schools. The results showed that problem related to a lack of proper planning for physical education course in schools was one of the most important problems of physical education course in schools. The Ministry of Education should have a long-term program to develop physical education in schools with a regular planning and attention to the existing realities and shortcomings.
