ارزيابي وب سايت وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكي از ديدگاه كاربران

Evaluation of Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education website from the perspective of users

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزيابي وب سايت وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكي از ديدگاه كاربران انجام شده است. روش: پژوهش حاضر پيمايشي - توصيفي است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه (با ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 0/915) است كه ميان 100 نفر از دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد شاغل به تحصيل در دانشكده پيراپزشكي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تهران توزيع و 76 پرسشنامه تكميل و موردتحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد ميزان رضايت كاربران از مفيد بودن وب سايت 2/84، از صحت و اعتبار 3/16، از راهبري مناسب 3/25، از دامنه و محتواي مناسب 3/14، از راهنماي مناسب بازديدكنندگان 3/01، از وجود ابزارهاي مناسب جستجو 2/59 و از طراحي، كاربرپسندي و رابط­ ها و برون­ دادهاي مناسب 2/94، است؛ ازاين رو به طور كلي رضايت كاربران از وب سايت به ترتيب مربوط به راهبري مناسب وب سايت، صحت و اعتبار مطالب، دامنه و محتواي مناسب، وجود ابزار راهنماي مفيد، داشتن طراحي، كاربرپسندي و رابط­ ها و برون­دادهاي مناسب، مفيد بودن و داشتن امكانات جستجوي مناسب است؛ در مجموع، وب سايت مورد بررسي، انتظارات كاربران را از نظر دريافت اطلاعات برآورده مي­كند. نتيجه­ گيري: وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكي بايد به برنامه­ ريزي­ هاي مستمر براي ارائه اطلاعات مفيد و معتبر به گونه ­اي كاربر­پسند در وب­سايت خود اقدام كند تا ضمن برآورده كردن نيازهاي كاربران داخلي خود، زمينه حضور موثرتر در محيط وب جهاني نيز فراهم شود.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the website of Ministry of Health and Medical Education from perspective of users. Methodology: This study is a descriptive survey. Data collection tool is a questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.915) that was distributed among 100 graduate students studying at the Faculty of Paramedics of Tehran University of Medical Sciences and 76 questionnaires were completed. Findings:The results showed the users’ satisfaction of the website usefulness is 2.84, the validity of the website is 3.16, good administration of the website is 25.3, the scope and content of the web site is 3.14, the website appropriate guidance of visitors is 3.01, the appropriate tools to search in the web site is 2.59, and their satisfaction with design, being user-friendly, interface and good outputs of the web site is 2.94. The overall users’ satisfaction of the website in order of preference is as follows: proper administration of the website, the validity of the web content, scope and content of the web site, a useful guide web tool, the design, being user-friendly, interface and outputs of the web site, usefulness of the website, and appropriate tools to search in the website. In total, the meets users’ expectations to get information. Conclusions: Ministry of Health and Medical Education has to continue uninterrupted planning to provide useful and credible information as user-friendly so that more effective presence on the World Wide Web will be provided in addition to meet the needs of domestic users.
