بررسي شاخص‌هاي پايداري در فعاليت‌هاي كارآفرينانه كشاورزي

Investigation of sustainability indicators in agricultural entrepreneurial activities

هدف از راه‌اندازي يك فعاليت‌ كارآفرينانه پايدار اين است كه، رفاه انساني، محيط زيست و درآمد افراد را بهبود ببخشد. اين نوع از كسب و كارها، ريسك‌هاي اكولوژيكي و هم‌چنين فشارهاي زيست‌ محيطي كه ممكن است مانع ايجاد فرصت‌هاي جديد شوند را در نظر مي‌گيرد. بر اين مبنا در اين تحقيق پس از بررسي ادبيات پايداري و كارآفريني پايدار، به ارئه شاخص‌هاي پايداري در فعاليت كارآفرينانه استان كرمانشاه پرداخته شد. بر مبناي يافته‌هاي بخش پيمايشي تحقيق، كه با رويكرد كيفي و با بهره‌گيري از نظرات 27 كارآفرين و 10 نفر از اساتيد و كارشناسان انجام شد و شاخص‌هاي پايداري در بعد زيست محيطي 13 شاخص، 11 شاخص اجتماعي و 10 شاخص اقتصادي به دست آمد. از نظر كارآفرينان و كارشناسان، براي پايداري يك فعاليت‌ كارآفرينانه كشاورزي طراحي اين شاخص‌ها بسيار مهم مي‌باشد. در مرحله بعد اين شاخص‌ها مورد اولويت‌بندي قرار گرفتند. اولويت‌بندي شاخص‌ها نشان داد كه در بعد زيست‌محيطي؛ شاخص ميزان استفاده از سموم و كود شيميايي در فعاليت‌هاي كارآفرينانه كشاورزي، در بعد اجتماعي؛ ميزان ارتباط كارآفرينان با مراكز مشاوره و كارشناسان حوزه كشاورزي و در بعد اقتصادي؛ شاخص ميزان ريسك محصول توليد شده توسط فعاليت‌هاي كارافرينانه، از جمله شاخص‌هايي بودند كه نسبت به ساير شاخص‌ها امتياز بالاتري را به دست‌ آوردند و در نتيجه به عنوان مهم‌ترين شاخص شناخته شدند.

The aim of starting up a sustainable entrepreneurial activity is improving human welfare, the environment and people's income. These types of businesses consider environmental risks and also ecological pressures that may impede creating new opportunities. Therefore, in this study after a literature review of sustainability and sustainable entrepreneurship, sustainability indices in entrepreneurial activity in Kermanshah province was provided. In view of entrepreneurs and experts, in order to sustain an agricultural entrepreneurial activity, the design is very important indicator. Based on the findings of survey research section, which was done with qualitative view, and utilization of 27 entrepreneurs and views of 10 professors and experts, 13 Environmental sustainability indicators, 11 of social indicators and 10economic indicator were obtained. In the next step, these indices were prioritized. Prioritization of indices also showed that in the environmental dimension, Index of the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers in agricultural entrepreneurial activities, in the social dimension, the relationship between entrepreneurs and consultation centers and the experts in the field of agriculture and in the economic dimension, index of product produced by entrepreneurial activity risk, were the indicators that gained higher rates than other indices and the results were recognized as the most important indices.
