تأثير اجراي مأموريت‌هاي ابلاغي 110 بر مديريت انتظامي جرم (سرقت منزل) در فرماندهي انتظامي شهرستان ورامين در سال 1391

در كشور ما وظيفه تأمين امنيت، تحكيم نظم و اجراي قانون و عدالت، بر عهده نيروي انتظامي است. در اين راستا، مركز پليس 110 با هدف افزايش تحرك و سرعت عمل راه‌اندازي شد تا افزايش رضايت عمومي جامعه را فراهم آورد. در اين تحقيق مي‌خواهيم بدانيم «آيا بين اجراي مأموريت‌هاي ابلاغي 110 و مديريت انتظامي جرم (سرقت منزل) در سطح حوزه فرماندهي انتظامي شرق استان تهران- شهرستان ورامين- رابطه معناداري وجود دارد»؟ جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر شامل كليه كاركنان فرماندهي انتظامي استان تهران در سال 1392 مي‌باشند كه تعداد آن‌ها 1200 نفر مي‌باشد، به‌منظور محاسبه حجم نمونه، تعداد 30 پرسش‌نامه در پيش‌آزمون توزيع و انحراف معيار متغير مستقل (اجراي مأموريت‌هاي ابلاغي 110) محاسبه گرديد و حجم نمونه 197 نفر تعيين گرديد. متغيرهاي وابسته شامل: پيش‌بيني جرم سرقت، پيش‌گيري از جرم سرقت، كنترل جرم سرقت، مقابله با سرقت، ترميم و بازسازي آثار و نتايج اجتماعي سرقت مي‌باشد و متغير مستقل تحقيق نيز در خصوص تأثير اجراي مأموريت‌هاي ابلاغي 110 از ديدگاه كاركنان فرماندهي انتظامي شهرستان ورامين مي‌باشد. به‌منظور بررسي روايي ابزار تحقيق، پرسش‌نامه مورد نظر در اختيار اساتيد راهنما و مشاور قرار گرفت كه پس از كسب نقطه نظرات، اصلاحات لازم به‌عمل آمد و براي سنجش پايايي پرسش‌نامه نيز آزمون مقدماتي از طريق تكميل 30 پرسش‌نامه به‌عمل آمد و ضريب كرونباخ آلفا براي پرسش‌نامه (در بازه 0/89-0/79) محاسبه گرديد كه بيانگر پايايي بالاي ابزار مورد نظر است. به‌منظور دست‌يابي به اهداف از پيش تعيين‌شده از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي بهره‌گيري شد كه در آمار توصيفي از شاخص‌هاي مركزي از قبيل ميانگين، ميانه، نما و نيز از شاخص‌هاي پراكندگي شامل واريانس و انحراف استاندارد و در بخش آمار تحليلي به‌منظور بررسي ميزان تأثير هم‌زمان متغير مستقل بر متغيرهاي وابسته تحقيق از رگرسيون چند متغيره گام به گام استفاده شد. در اين راستا تجزيه ‌و تحليل آماري پس از استخراج داده‌ها از طريق به‌كارگيري نرم‌افزار SPSS صورت گرفت.

In this regard, the police station of I lO provided to increase of mobility, speed launches, and it provides the increasing public satisfaction.ln this study,we want to know "Is there between a significant relationship mission assignment implemented in II 0 and crime disciplinary management (stealing home) in Varamin city police commander? The study population is consisted of all employees, police commander of East Tehran in 20 I 2. The number of them is 1,200 people, in order to calculate the sample size, the number of30 questionnaire was calculated in the pre-test for distribution and standard deviation of independence and the sample size were determined 197 people. The main dependant variables: the forecast for robbery, theft prevention, control theft, anti-robbery, theft restoration and social outcomes and independent variables research is on the impact of the implementation of the issued mission of II 0 views of Varamin city police command staffs. To verify the validity, questionnaire studied by the supervisor and advisor that after the acquisition point of view and necessary reforms were studied and preliminary tests were completed to assess the reliability of the questionnaire through Cronbach's coefficient alpha completing 30 questionnaires and the questionnaire (in the range of 0. 79-0.89) was calculated to indicate the reliability of the tool.ln order to achieve the goals set were used of descriptive and inferential statistics as central indices of descriptive statistics such as mean, median, mode, and measures of variability is including variance and standard deviation and the statistical analysis in order to at the same time evaluate the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variables were used stepwise multiple regression study. In this regard, statistical analysis obtained after extracting data using ofSPSS software.
