ايدئولوژي تكفير؛ سرشت و راهبرد مواجهه با آن

Takfir Ideology; Characteristics and the Ways of Dealing with it

ايده «نظم جديد اسلامي» از سوي گروه هاي راديكال سلفي، مهم ترين چالش كنوني جهان اسلام و نيز دولت هاي مدرن است كه آن را در سنت تاريخي جهاد دوباره كشف كرده اند. هدف اصلي اين گروه ها، جايگزين كردن «خلافت اسلامي» به جاي دولت هاي سكولارِ مبتني بر نظم و پيمان وِ ستفالي است. اين ايده كه در نسل كنوني سلفي ها هواخواهان بسياري دارد، پديده جديدي است كه زبان آن سنتي، ولي ماده و محتواي آن كاملاً جديد است. گذشته از اينكه جريان سلفيه تكفيري به دنبال تهذيب فرهنگي دارالاسلام و نيز ضديت با هر گونه آميختگي و ادغام با مظاهر مدرنيته و پلوراليزم فرهنگي است، روشي در اقامه جهاد و تسليم كردن مناطق مسلمان نشين دنبال كرده است كه اغلب پيشينه اي در سنت و سيره نبي گرامي اسلام (ص) ندارد. اگر در قرن نوزدهم ميلادي جهاد الگويي براي بسيج مردم بر ضد استعمار خارجي به شمار مي رفت، امروزه الگوي جهاد، نه ابزاري براي دفاع، بلكه وسيله اي براي تحقق نظمي جديد مبتني بر خلافت است. تحقق چنين نظمي دشوار و نيازمند جان فشاني مجاهداني است كه در اين راه به جهاد مي پردازند. مهم آن است كه اين آرزو، انديشه مسلمانان را تغيير دهد و آنان را در ساقط كردن دولت هاي ملي در خانه قانع كند و براي استقرار نظمي اسلامي در سراسر جهان مهيا سازد. از اين رو، مهم ترين پرسش مطرح آن است كه: سلفيه تكفيري چگونه دست به تغيير ماده و محتواي الگوي جهاد زده و بدين ترتيب، خود را از دستگاه هاي فقه اهل سنت متمايز ساخته است؟ به همين دليل در اين مقاله كوشيده ايم برخي از اين دگرگوني ها را شناسايي كنيم و در نهايت به مهم ترين راهبردهاي مواجهه با آن بپردازيم.

The idea of new Islamic order developed by Selfie radical groups is considered as the most significant current challenge in the world of Islam as well as the modern governments which has been detected again within the historical tradition of jihad. The main purpose of these groups was the substitution of Islamic caliphate instead of secular governments on the basis of order and Westphalia agreement. This idea which is of numerous followers in the current generation of Selfies, is regarded a new phenomenon with the traditional language and completely new content. Although the trend of takfiri Selfie follows the cultural piety of Dar- al- Islam and avoids joining with any cultural modernity and pluralism manifestations, it is a way of holding jihad and submitting the Muslim resident areas which is not of any background in the tradition and conduct of Prophet Mohammad PBUH. If in the 19th century AC, jihad was regarded as a pattern against the foreign colonialism; today, it is not a means of defense but a means of providing new order on the basis of caliphate. The realization of this order is difficult and in need of self-sacrifice of militia in this regard. The important point is that this wish change the thought of Muslims and convince them towards the annihilation of national governments and make them equipped for foundation of Islamic order all over the world. So, the most important question is how takfiri Selfie has changed the content of jihad and made itself distinguished from Sunnite systems of jurisprudence. For this reason, in the present article is to identify some of theses changes and investigate the most important strategies to deal with it.
