چكيده فارسي :
تعاملات فعال، سازنده و هم‌افزاي دانشگاه‌ها با محيط پيرامون به‌طور عام و صنعت به‌طور خاص، يكي از مباني توسعه دانشگاه‌ها و مطالبات جامعه از اين نهاد پيچيده و سرنوشت ساز است. تعاملات گسترده و پيوسته دانشگاه‌ها با محيط‌هاي نزديك و دور سياسي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي، فرهنگي، زيست‌محيطي، يك ضرورت براي بقا و پايداري دانشگاه بوده و كم‌توجهي به محيط و تحولات آن مي‌تواند دانشگاه را به‌صورت فيزيكي يا ماهيتي، از صحنه جامعه و نقش‌آفريني براي پيشرفت، محو كند. اينكه چگونه برخي دانشگاه‌ها بدون تعاملات اثربخش با محيط و صنعت، بي‌دغدغه در قيد حيات‌اند و با خيال آسوده در جزيره مستقل و برج عاج خودساخته به حيات خود ادامه مي دهند، ناشي از اين نكته اساسي است كه اصولا در حقيقت اين گونه دانشگاه‌ها به معناي دقيق كلمه دانشگاه نبوده و تلقي آنها از عنوان با شكوه دانشگاه، توهمي بيش نيست. در اين مقاله، با تكيه بر برخي نظريه‌هاي موجود نظير الگوي همكاري‌هاي سه‌جانبه دولت، دانشگاه و صنعت، ايده دانشگاه كارآفرين، نظريه خدمت- يادگيري و نظريه نظام ملي نوآوري، فسلفه و چرايي تعاملات دانشگاه با صنعت و سازگاري آن با محيط پيرامون به روش مرور اسنادي، بررسي شده است. بر اساس يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش، تعاملات حقيقي دانشگاه با محيط و صنعت نه تنها براي ايفاي نقش و مسئوليت اجتماعي و شهروندي علمي دانشگاه، بلكه براي تحول و توسعه سازماني و نهادي، كارآمدي برنامه هاي درسي، ارتقاي سطح يادگيري واقعيت‌محور و زمينه‌مند دانشجويان، توسعه هيأت علمي، تقويت سبك‌ها و توانايي‌هاي رهبري و بهسازي كاركنان دانشگاه‌ها ضروري است.

The active, constructive and collaborative interactions of universities with the surrounding environment in general and industry in particular, is one of the foundations of the development of universities and the demands of society of this complex and decisive institution. Extensive and continuous interactions of universities with close and far-reaching political, social, economic, cultural and environmental environments are a necessity for the survival and sustainability of the university, and the lack of consideration of the environment and its transformations can make the university physically or in nature, from the scene of society, and to play a role for advancement. , Fade away. How certain universities survive without interacting with the environment and the industry, and are resting safely on an independent island and ivory tower, is due to the fact that, in principle, such universities are in the strict sense The word is not university and they are considered illusory as the magnificent title of the university. In this paper, based on some existing theories such as the pattern of tripartite cooperation between government, university and industry, the idea of the entrepreneurial university, the theory of service-learning, the theory of the national system of innovation, the philosophy of why the university interacts with the industry and its adaptability to the environment by review The documents have been reviewed.
