بررسي اقتصادي و تعيين اولويت هاي سرمايه گذاري صنعتي در استان اصفهان با تكنيك TOPSIS

Economic Review and Determining Priorities of Industrial Investment in Isfahan using TOPSIS Technique

امروزه افزايش توان توليدي، نيازمند توجه ويژه به بخش صنعت و افزايش سرمايه گذاري در اين بخش است. اين مقصود تنها با شناخت امكانات و محدوديت ها، تخصيص منابع، ارزيابي درست توانايي ها و ارايه راهكارهاي مناسب و در نهايت برنامه ريزي و اولويت بندي سرمايه گذاري هاي آتي كشورها قابل حصول مي باشد. كشور ما نيز به دليل داشتن شرايط غيرهمگن و امكانات طبيعي متنوع، نيازمند برنامه ريزي منطقه اي بويژه در سطح استان هاست . بر اين اساس با توجه به جايگاه استان اصفهان در بخش صنعت، پژوهش حاضر در نظر دارد تا سرمايه گذاري در بخش هاي مختلف صنايع را با توجه به شاخص هاي اشتغال و سودآوري اولويت بندي نمايد. براي اين منظور، داده هاي آماري كارگاه هاي صنعتي ده نفر كاركن و بيشتر استان در سال 1390 از سامانه مركز آمار ايران استخراج گرديد و از تكنيك topsis جهت جمع بندي اطلاعات آماري مورد نياز در صنعت استفاده شد. نتايج بدست آمده دلالت برآن داردكه كه صنايع توليد زغال كك ـ پالايشگاه‌هاي نفت و سوخت‌هاي هسته‌اي، توليد پوشاك، توليد فلزات اساسي، توليد راديو و تلويزيون و دستگاه‌ها و وسايل ارتباطي، توليد چوب و محصولات چوبي و چوب پنبه ـ غير از مبلمان نسبت به بقيه صنايع از اهميت بيشتري براي سرمايه گذاري برخوردارند. لذا مي توان گفت، سرمايه گذاري در اين بخش ها نسبت به بخش هاي ديگر ارجحيت دارد.

Todays, industry sector and increasing industrial investment should be concerned to increase production power. this goal is obtained only by recognizing facilities and limitations, resource allocation, proper evaluation of capacities and providing suitable solution and finally planning and prioritizing future investments in the country. Due to inhomogeneous conditions and diverse natural resources, our country requires a specific regional planning across the provinces. Accordingly, this study aimed at prioritizing investment at different industrial sectors of Isfahan based on employment and profitability indices. For this purpose, the statistical data of industrial workshops with 10 employees in the most parts of province related to 2011 has been extracted by Iran Statistic Center System and Topsis Technique was used to gather the statistical data required in the industry. According to the findings, industries including production of coke and oil refineries, nuclear fuel, garment manufacturing, basic metals, production of radio, television and communication equipment, manufacture of wood and wooden products and cork except furniture are of high importance for investment than other industries. It can be said that investment in these sectors is preferred than other sectors.
