تحليل ميزان تاثير گذاري رقابت محصول در بازار بر ساختار سرمايه مورد مطالعه: شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

Analyze the Impact of Competitive Product on the Market on the Capital Structure of the Companies Listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange

هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، بررسي تأثير ميزان رقابت محصول در بازار با ساختار سرمايه شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، طي دوره زماني 89 تا 94 است. در اين پژوهش ميزان رقابت محصول در بازار و ابعاد رقابت، شامل شاخص Q-توبين، قابليت جانشيني كالا، موانع ورود، گردش موجودي كالا، سهم بازار، تعدادشركت هاي فعال، در دومدل دادهاي تلفيقي ايستا و پويا درقالب فرضيه هاي جداگانه اي با ساختار سرمايه بررسي شده است. در اين پژوهش براي انتخاب نمونه از بين جامعه آماري، از روش حذف سيستماتيك استفاده شده است. با توجه به روش نمونه گيري 87 شركت از بين شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران انتخاب گرديد. نتيجه ها به طور كلي نشان مي دهد، بين ميزان رقابت محصول در بازار، سهم بازار، قابليت جانشيني كالا با ساختار سرمايه رابطه مثبت و معني داري وجود دارد و در بررسي تعداد شركت هاي فعال در هريك از صنايع، موانع ورود (شدت سرمايه گذاري)، با ساختار سرمايه رابطه منفي و معني دار مشاهده مي شود. افزون براين، در بررسي رابطه بين گردش موجودي كالا و شاخص Q-توبين با ساختارسرمايه رابطه معني دار مشاهده نگرديد.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the product on the market to compete with the capital structure of listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period 2010 to 2015. The population in this study to select the sample destroyed, systematic elimination method is used. Due to sampling 87 companies among the companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange were selected. The results generally show that the level of product competitiveness in the market, market share, the ability to replace the product with the capital structure and positive relationship, there are significant and the number of companies in each industry, barriers to entry (invested heavily), capital structure and significant negative relationship between the Shvd.afzvn addition, in the relationship between inventory turnover and Q- Tobin index with Sakhtarsrmayh significant relationship was observed.
