بررسي رابطه سهام شناور آزاد و رتبه كيفيت افشاء اطلاعات مالي شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

Investigating the Relationship between Free Float Stocks and the Quality of Disclosure of the Financial Information of Companies Listed in Tehran Stock Exchange

هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه سهام شناور آزاد و رتبه كيفيت افشاء اطلاعات مالي شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران مي باشد. در اين راستا، 78 شركت رتبه بندي شده در دوره ي زماني 1392 تا 1396 به عنوان جامعه آماري مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. در واقع در اين پژوهش رابطه سهام شناور آزاد را با معيارهاي سنجش كيفيت افشاء اطلاعات مالي (به موقع بودن و قابل اتكا بودن اطلاعات)، مي سنجيم. نتايج بدست آمده از اين پژوهش تأييد كننده فرضيه اصلي پژوهش مبني بر وجود رابطه مثبت بين سهام شناور آزاد و رتبه كيفيت افشاء اطلاعات مالي مي باشد. همچنين رابطه مثبت بين سهام شناور آزاد و هر يك از متغيرهاي به موقع بودن و قابل اتكا بودن اطلاعات مالي وجود دارد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the free float stocks and the quality of disclosure of financial information of the companies listed in tehran stock exchange. In this regard, 78 companies in the period 2013 to 2017 were selected as the statistical population. In fact, in this study, we measure the relationship between free float stocks with the criteria for measuring the disclosure of financial information (timeliness and reliability of information). The results of this study confirm the main hypothesis of the research that there is a positive relationship between free float stocks and the quality of disclosure of financial information. There is also a positive relationship between free float stocks and each of the variables of timeliness and reliability of financial information
