رئيس هيئت‌ مديره، مسئول اطمينان حاصل نمودن از مؤثر بودن هيئت‌ مديره، برقراري ارتباط با سهامداران و روابط خوب بين اعضاست. درحالي‌كه مدير ارشد اجرايي (CEO) نقش مهمي در مديريت و اطمينان از اجراي تجارت ايفا مي‌كند. نگراني‌هاي مديرعامل از موضوعات مورد توجه بوده است؛ زيرا يك مدل استاندارد مالك و كارگزار و تحت نظارت مديران اجرايي است. در اينجا مديران درصدد حداكثر كردن ارزش سهامداران و همچنين افزايش مزاياي دريافتي هستند. دوم بر ازا رويكرد بازاري نشان مي‌دهد كه مديران به شهرت خود اهميت مي‌دهند زيرا فرصت‌هاي شغلي آينده آن‌ها، به عملكرد فعلي آن‌ها بستگي دارد. سوم انگيزه رقابت در يك محيط رقابتي، سبب تشويق مديران براي دستيابي به موقعيت‌هاي بالاتر مي‌باشد. بدين منظور هدف اين تحقيق ارزيابي آثار ويژگي‌هاي شخصي مديرعامل بر ميزان سرمايه‌گذاري در شركت‌هاي پذيرفته ‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، بوده است. از اين‌رو تأثير ويژگي‌هاي سن و مدت ‌زمان انتصاب مديرعامل بر ميزان سرمايه‌گذاري شركت‌هاي پذيرفته‌ شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، بررسي شده است. بازه زماني اين تحقيق بين سال‌هاي 1393-1385 بوده است. فرضيه‌هاي تحقيق با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 9 Eviews مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه سن مديران و مدت انتصاب آن‌ها بر ميزان سرمايه‌گذاري، تأثيردارد.

Chairman of the Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring effectiveness of board of directors, communication with shareholders and good relations between members. While the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) plays a decisive role in the management and ensuring the implementation of trade. Worries of CEO regarding topics have been addressed because it is a standard model of owner and broker and under the supervision of director of operations. Here managers seek to maximize shareholder value and increase their benefits. Second on a market approach it shows that managers care about their reputation for their future careers, since their future job opportunities depend on their current performance. Third is incentive to contend in a competitive environment, and encourages managers to achieve higher positions. The purpose of this study is to evaluate personal characteristics impact assessment of CEO on investing in companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange. Therefore, characteristics of age and duration of the appointment of the director of the Investment for companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange, has been investigated. The study period was between 2006-2014. The research hypotheses were tested using the software Eviews 9. The results showed that age and duration of the appointment have an effect on the investment.
