كلاسهاي چند پايه با چالش ها و محدوديت هايي در اداره و تدريس مواجه هستند. يكي از مشكلات اساسي اكثر معلمان در اين كلاس ها اين است كه اظهار مي دارند با كمبود وقت مواجه هستيم، بنابراين هدف پژوهش حاضر چگونگي مديريت زمان تدريس جهت استفاده بهينه از زمان با استفاده از طرح هميار معلم است. در اين پژوهش از روش توصيفي كه جنبه‌ي عيني، واقعي و وصف نگاري دارد استفاده شده است. جهت تجزيه وتحليل وضع موجود و وضع مطلوب از شاخص‌هاي آمار توصيفي از قبيل جدول فراواني، درصد و نمودار نمرات دانش آموزان و پرسشنامه بهره گرفته شده است. براساس نتايج بدست آمده با اجراي طرح هميار معلم، علاوه بر افزايش زمان فعال آموزش در مدارس چندپايه كه از دغدغه هاي اصلي معلمان چند پايه است، رفع مشكل بودجه بندي دروس، بروز انديشه هاي نو، استعدادهاي پنهان و ابراز خلاقيت هاي نهفته دانش آموزان مرتفع گشته و دانش آموزان علاوه بر يادگيري مطالب درسي از نظر رفتاري و پرورشي نيز به سطح قابل قبولي ارتقاء يافته اند. ارتقاء سطح ارزيابي دانش آموزان كلاس بر اساس امتحانات آخر سال اعتبار و اثر بخشي استفاده از اين طرح را نشان مي دهد.

Multi-grade classes face challenges and limitations in management and teaching. One of the main problems that most teachers face in these classes is that they claim to have a shortage of time; therefore, this research focuses on time management for optimal use of time using the Teacher Assistor Plan. A descriptive method which has an objective and real aspect has been used in this research. Descriptive statistics such as frequency table, percentage and graph of students' scores, and questionnaire have also been used in this study for the analysis of the status quo and the ideal status. According to the results obtained by implementing the Teacher Assistor Plan, in addition to the increased active teaching time in multi-grade schools, which is one of the main concerns of multi-grade teachers, the problems associated with budgeting the lessons, emergence of new ideas, hidden talents, and students' expression of hidden creativity are removed vby this plan and students they are also promoted to acceptable levels of baheviors in addition to learning the contents of their books. The improved level of students in their final examinations shows the validity and effectiveness of the use of this plan.
