اتحاد عادلانه در همزيستي مسالمت آميز از نگاه حقوق بشر اسلامي

Fair Alliance in Peaceful Coexistence from the Perspective of the Islamic Human Rights

دين سرمد اسلام كه خصيصه جامع و كامل بودن را به همراه دارد، همواره به ابعاد مختلف وجودي انسان پرداخته و از هيچ جنبه اي غافل نمانده است. انسان كه موضوع اين عالم است و مركزيت جهان را به عهده دارد، محور همه بايد ها و نبايد هاي علمي و عملي است. خواه ارتباط انسان با خود و خواه ارتباط انسان با موجودات هستي و چه نسبت او با خالق و پروردگارش، انسان است كه مجري سياستِ لولاك لما خلقت الا فلاك خواهد بود. تعاملات اجتماعي همانند تعاملات اقتصادي با زندگي انسان گره خورده و از سرنوشت و سرشت آدمي جدا نخواهد بود و اين تعاملات در سايه اتحاد عادلانه و در سه سطح امت اسلامي، پيروان اديان توحيدي و وحدت جهاني (جوامع بشري) ميسر خواهد بود. در اين مختصر به دنبال تبيين وضعيت موجود همزيستي مسالمت آميز و ترسيم جامعه آيده آلي خود از منظر اسلام و نگاه متفكران اسلامي خواهيم بود.

The eternal religion of Islam is a comprehensive and complete religion, dealing with different aspects of human existence and leaving no aspect of it unnoticed. Human is the core or center of this world, and the addressee of all of the scientific and practical Dos and Don'ts. Both in human's relationship with himself and with other creatures and his Creator and Lord, it is human who is the addressee of the verse "Were it not for you, I would not have created the universe ". Like economic interactions, social interactions are completely tied with human life and are by no means apart from and independent of the human fate and nature, and these interactions are possible in the shadow of the fair alliance of human beings and at three levels of the Islamic Ummah (Nation), the followers of monotheistic religions and the unity of the whole world (human societies). We seek in this paper to explain the current status of peaceful co-existence and to specify the features of the ideal society from the perspective of Islam and Islamic thinkers.
