بررسي همگرايي صنعتي در استان‌هاي ايران : رهيافت اقتصادسنجي فضايي (SDM)

اين مقاله به بررسي همگرايي بهره‌وري استان‌هاي ايران در دو سال 1386 و 1389 مي پردازد. به اين منظور از روش‌هاي همگرايي مطلق، شرطي بتا و اقتصاد‌‌سنجي فضايي (SDM) (ضرورت لحاظ اثر همسايگي در بررسي) استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد همگرايي بتاي مطلق وجود داشته و ضريب آن برابر 0/12 مي‌باشد. همگرايي مشروط نيز حاكي از وجود همگرايي در بهره‌وري است. اين ضريب برابر 0/24 بوده و هر دو ضريب همگرايي در سطح 1 درصد به لحاظ آماري معنادار است. متغيرهاي كنترل در همگرايي شرطي شامل تنوع صنعتي و سطح تحصيلات با اثر منفي و نيز يكنواختي صنعتي و دسترسي به زيرساخت جاده‌اي بين استاني با اثر مثبت بر همگرايي ارزش افزوده بخش صنعت مي‌باشد. بر اساس نتايج، پيشنهاد مي‌شود سياست‌گذاران و برنامه‌ريزان اقتصادي توجه بيشتري به يكنواختي صنعتي بر اساس پتانسيل‌هاي هر منطقه داشته باشند.

The aim of present study is to identify the convergence of productivity in the provinces of Iran from 2007 and 2010. In order to evaluate, the researcher used the absolute and conditional beta convergence and the spatial econometrics (with respect to the importance of the neighborhood effect in the study).The result shows that the absolute beta convergence has been approved and this coefficient has the numerical value 0.12. The conditional convergence, also, denotes to convergence in the productivity. The coefficient is equal to 0.24, and it is statistically significant at the 1% level. The control variables in the conditional convergence included industrial diversification and level of education with negative effect and also, industrial evenness and access to interstate road infrastructure with positive effect on the value added convergence for industry sector. Based on the results, it can be suggested that policy- makers and economic planners take more attention to the industrial evenness based on the potential of each region.
