The legal Effect of Iran's Accession to the World Trade Organization

سازمان تجارت جهاني نهاد قدرتمند بين المللي است كه با وضع قواعد و مقررات براي قانونمند كردن تجارت بين كشورها سروكار دارد. هدف اين سازمان ايجاد ثبات در مقررات مربوط به تجارت است تا از اين طريق تجارت بين كشورها حتي المقدور روان تر و كم هزينه تر انجام شود. كشور ما ايران پس از سال ها مطالعه؛ بررسي و ارزيابي آثار مثبت و منفي الحاق ايران به اين سازمان؛ ده سال پيش تصميم گرفت؛ تا تقاضاي عضويت خود را مطرح كند. كشورهاي عضو سازمان موافقت كردندتا ايران عضو ناظر سازمان شود. دراين مقاله برآنيم تا به بررسي آثار حقوقي الحاق ايران به سازمان تجارت جهاني؛ تلاشهاي ايران براي عضويت و ضرورت اصلاح قوانين و مقررات اين سازمان پرداخته شود.

The World Trade Organization (WTO) is a powerful international institution concerned with making rules and regulations to legalize the trade among the member countries. The goal of this organization is to stabilize the regulations related to trade so that it can make the trade among countries possibly smoother and less costly. After years of study and evaluation of the positive and negative effects of accession to this organization, our country, Iran decided to apply for the membership of this organization. The member countries of this organization agreed on Iran's becoming an observer member of the organization. We seek in this paper to investigate the legal effects of Iran's accession to the World Trade Organization; Iran's efforts to join this organization and the need to reform the laws and regulations of the organization.
