بررسي حقوق استخدامي معلولان در مقررات داخلي با نگاهي به اسناد بين المللي

A study of the employment rights of disabled people in the internal regulations with regard to international documents

اشتغال امروزه از پشتوانه حمايتي خوبي در اسناد بين المللي و حقوق داخلي برخوردار شده و به عنوان يك حق، جايگاه خود را در ميان ساير حقوق بنيادين بشري استحكام بخشيده است. مشخصاً در مورد اشخاص داراي معلوليت به دليل شرايط فيزيولوژيكي خاص، اتخاذ سياست هاي حمايتي مناسب به منظور دستيابي برابر به فرصت هاي شغلي و تحقق مشاركت كامل در جامعه، همواره مورد توجه بوده است. در اين مقاله تلاش شده است تا حقوق استخدامي معولان با توجه به اهميت اين موضوع در مقررات داخلي و اسناد بين المللي مورد بررسي قرار گيرد

Today, employment is supported well in international documents and domestic law and has found a strong position as a human right among other basic human rights. Specifically in the case of disabled people who have specific physiological conditions, adopting appropriate supportive policies in order for them to achieve equal access to employment opportunities and full participation in society has always been considered. In this article we have tried to explore the employment rights of people with disabilities due to the importance of this issue in domestic regulations and international documents.
