امكان‌سنجي موفقيت تيم‌هاي ورزشي استان آذربايجان‌شرقي در مسابقات ليگ و قهرماني كشور

The Feasibility of Sports Provincial Teams Success in East Azerbaijan in the League and Championship Competitions

هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي امكان موفقيت تيم‌هاي ورزشي استان آذربايجان‌شرقي در مسابقات ليگ و قهرماني كشور بود. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي- علي مقايسه‌اي بوده و به صورت ميداني انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماري شامل افراد متخصص در رشته‌هاي مختلف ورزشي در استان آذربايجان‌شرقي بودند كه امتياز حضور در مسابقات ليگ يا قهرماني كشور را داشتند. نمونه آماري پژوهش شامل 155 نفر از اين جامعه كه به روش نمونه‌گيري دردسترس و هدفمند انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته "منابع اثرگذار موفقيت ورزشكاران تيم‌هاي استاني در رقابت‌هاي قهرماني و ليگ كشور" استفاده شد. روايي صوري و محتوايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از مدل لاوشي (1975) انجام گرفت و روايي محتواي كل پرسشنامه (89/0CVI=) ، به دست آمد. پايايي ابزار در يك مطالعه مقدماتي بر روي 30 نفر از افراد نمونه برابر با (81/0) و پايايي دروني براي كل گويه‌ها 84/0 تعيين گرديد. براي بررسي توزيع طبيعي داده ها از آزمون كالموگراف اسمينوف، براي مقايسه متغيرها از آزمون بينوميال و كروسكال- واليس در محيط نرم‌افزار SPSS و براي اولويت‌بندي و تعيين بهترين عوامل براي موفقيت تيم‌هاي ورزشي از روش TOPSIS استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه ميانگين نظرات پاسخ‌دهندگان در مورد وضعيت منابع انساني، مديريتي، مالي، فناوري، مادي، تسهيلاتي و اجتماعي- فرهنگي اثرگذار بر موفقيت تيم‌هاي استاني در رقابت‌هاي قهرماني كشور و ليگ باشگاه‌ها معنادار بوده است. نتايج رتبه بندي تاپسيس نشان داد كه، منابع اجتماعي- فرهنگي، مديريتي و مادي به ترتيب رتبه هاي اول تا سوم منابع اثرگذار در موفقيت تيم‌هاي استاني در رقابت‌هاي قهرماني كشور و منابع انساني، مالي، فن‌آوري و تسهيلاتي در رتبه هاي چهارم تا هفتم قرار داشتند. بنابراين توجه به منابع اثرگذار زمينه موفقيت در تيم‌ها و باشگاه‌ها را فراهم مي‌كند و همفكري و همكاري مربيان، مسيولان و ورزشكاران موجب دستيابي به اهداف موفقيت مي‌شود.

The study was to investigate the feasibility of successful sports teams of East Azerbaijan in the league and the championship competitions. The method of study was descriptive and causal-comparative and has been done survey way. The Statistical population included individuals specializing in different sports in the province that have points of presence in the league or country championship. The research sample consisted 155 people were selected from this population by sampling available and purposeful. For gathering the data, the researcher made questionnaires of "Effective Resource of Sports provincial Teamʹs Success in the Competition championship and country League" was used. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was done based on Lushi model (1975) and content validity of the questionnaire was obtained (CVI = 0.89). Reliability was determined in a pilot study on 30 subjects’ sample (0.81) and the internal reliability for 0.84 total items. We used K-s test with assumptions of normal distribution, to compare variables from Binomial test and Kruskal-Wallis. SPSS software also was used for prioritization and determine the best factors to success of sport teams by TOPSIS method. The results showed that the average respondent comments was significant on the situation of human resources, management, financial, technology, financial, and socio-cultural facilities effect on the success of the provincial teams in the Championship and League Club. The TOPSIS results showed that socio-cultural, managerial and material resources ranked first to third resource influences on the success of the provincial teams in the country Championship and human resources, financial, technology and facilities have fourth to seventh ranks. Thus, paying attention to the effective resources of teams and clubs provide success; consultation and cooperation of coaches, officials and athletes would achieve the success goals.
