چكيده فارسي :
دولت و حكومت كه در سرنوشت ملتها نقشي اساسي و محوري دارد از اهميت فوق العاده اي برخوردار مي باشد؛ زيرا دولتها و حكومتها فراهم آورنده زمينه و شرايط رشد و تعالي جوامع مي باشند و ملاكها و معيارهاي ترقي و بالندگي جز به مدد دولت مقتدر حاصل نمي شود؛ بنابراين سعادت و شقاوت ملتها در گرو اصالت و اقتدار دولتها است طوريكه هيچ ملتي به كمال مطلوب خويش نمي رسد مگر در سايه يك حكومت فاخر و متعالي.
بي ترديد همه ملتها به دنبال حاكميت يك دولت، با همه ويژگيهاي برتر هستند تا يك خلأ اساسي در جامعه بر طرف شود و پر واضح است كه در طول تاريخ ملتهاي مختلف اين آرمان بزرگ را تعقيب كرده اند و صد البته كه اين مهم را تكاپوي تاريخي مردم به طور واضح نشان مي دهد؛ اما و هزار اما كه در اين تلاش طولاني يا هوا و هوس بي حد و حصر افراد ضعيف النفس و يا نبود يك الگوي مناسب فرصتها را به باد فنا داده و آرزوها را بر دلها نهاده.
اجزاء حكومت با عظمت امام مهدي موعود (عج) كه در منابع آمده است از هر نظر براي مواجهه نظري با يك حكومت كاملا فاخر و تأثير گذار و آرماني در اختيار ما است تا بتوانيم آنرا غايت تلاشهاي خود قرار دهيم و به سمت آن حركت كنيم كه قطعا آن حكومت متعالي به عنوان نماد تلاشها و فعاليتها در اجزاء كوشش دولتها تأثير خواهد گذاشت و در اصلاح انها مؤثر خواهد بود.
مردم، حاكم و كارگزاران و قانون از اركان حكومتها محسوب مي شوند كه نمونه بي نظير آن در حكومت حضرت مهدي (عج) اتفاق افتاده است و همه عناصر تشكيل دهنده در اين حكومت به صورت كاملا منطقي و ايده آل در كنار هم قرار گرفته تا دولتي از هر نظر برجستهبه نمايش گذاشته شود.

State and government that has a pivotal role in the fate of nations, has a paramount importance. The states and governments provide context and the conditions for communities’ growth and development, and the criteria of progress and development will not be achieved except with the help of the sovereign government. So, happiness and misery of nations depend on the authenticity and authority of the governments, so that no nation reaches its perfection, unless in the shadow of a glorious and exalted government.
Of course, all nations look for to sovereignty of a government with all the superior features to eliminate a basic lack of community and it is clear that, historically, different nations have followed the great ideal and of course, this important matter can be shown in the historical struggle of the people, clearly. But, in this long struggle, the limitless whims of weak people, or the lack of a suitable model has lost the opportunities to the wind and destroyed the wishes.
Components of the greatest government of Imam Mahdi (aj), which are in the resources, are at our disposal for theoretical facing with a very rich and influential and ideal government, so that we can select it as an aim for our efforts and move toward it that surely, the transcendental government, as a symbol of activities and efforts will affect the components of the attempt by the governments, and will be effective to modify them.
People, ruler and authorities and law are considered the elements of governments that its unique sample has happened to the rule of Hazrat Mahdi (as) and all the constituent elements in this government are together quite logically and ideally, to display a highlighted government
