بررسي راهبردهاي محيط شهري با رويكرد حقوقي بر پيشگيري از جرم در شهرستان نورآباد ممسني

Evaluating the impact of urban environment strategies with the legal approach on crime prevention in the city of Nourabad Mamasani

يكي از مسائلي كه امروزه شهرهاي بزرگ با آن مواجه هستند، رشد بي رويه جمعيت و به تبع آن رشد بزهكاري در آن ها است. از ديرباز شناسايي عوامل بروز جرم و سعي در از بين بردن اين عوامل مهم ترين راهكار پيشگيري از بروز ناهنجاري ها شناخته شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي راهبرد هاي محيط شهري با رويكرد حقوقي بر پيشگيري از جرم در شهرستان نورآباد ممسني اجرا شده است روش اجراي تحقيق توصيفي- پيماشي بوده و جامعه آماري پژوهش تعداد 187 نفر از پرسنل ناجا در شهر نورآباد مي باشد كه در زمينه پيشگيري از جرم و بزه فعاليت مستمر داشته اند و نمونه آماري تعداد 47 نفر از افراد نامبرده مي باشد كه در بين آنها پرسشنامه توزيع گريد همچنين ابزار پژوهش در اين تحقيق پرسشنامه 23 سوالي بر اساس فرضيات تحقيق مي باشد. يافته ها نشان دادند كه شلوغي محيط شهري، گمنامي در محيط شهري، ارتباط با دوستان و همسالان ناباب در محيط شهري و كاهش كيفيت زندگي در محيط شهري بر ارتكاب جرم تاثير مثبت و معناداري دارند

One of the problems that large cities are nowadays facing is the population growth and consequently the crime growth. Identifying the causes of crime and trying to overcome the problems in this way has long been known as the most important strategy for crime prevention. The present study aims to investigate the strategies of urban environment with a legal approach and their impact on crime prevention in the city of Nourabad Mamasani. This is a descriptive-survey study with a population of 187 policemen from Nourabad City police personnel who were continuously active in the area of crime prevention. A total of 47 policemen were selected from among the study population as the sample size and a questionnaire was distributed among them. The data collection tool used in this study is a 23-item questionnaire designed based on the research hypotheses. Findings show that the rush or crowdedness of the urban environment, anonymity in the urban environment, relationships with corrupt friends and peers in the urban environment and the reduced quality of life in the urban environment have a significant positive impact on crime perpetration
