Role of NGOs in Development of Youth Rights

در دنياي معاصر و با توجه به تحولات هر روزه كه در حوزه ارتباطات انساني رخ داده، روند حركت جوامع موجب گرديده كه نقش دولت ها هر روز كم رنگ تر شود و تحولاتي به وقوع پيوندد. بديهي است كه به موازات تحول جوامع، سناريوهاي جديدي در عرصه هاي اجتماعي- سياسي محقق مي شود كه اولويت هاي نوين همراه با اتخاذ شيوه ها و ابزارهاي جديد همانند استفاده از ظرفيت بازيگران غيردولتي به ويژه NGOs ها را مي طلبد. در اين ميان، نقش آفريني جوانان در كشورهاي مختلف دنيا به خصوص جوامع توسعه يافته به عنوان نيروي فكر، كار و ارائه ايده در نهادها و مراكز علمي و اداري و روند توسعه YNGOs در نظام جهاني با برنامه هاي مختلفي از جمله اقدامات عام المنفعه و بشردوستانه فراتر از مرزهاي كشورها، تاثير زيادي بر افكار توده هاي مختلف مردم و حتي دولت ها و سازمان هاي بين المللي بر جاي گذاشته است. روش به كار برده شده در اين پژوهش، شيوه اسنادي و كتابخانه اي و داده ها نيز از نوع كيفي بوده است. در اين پژوهش به بررسي اين سئوال پرداخته ايم كه مشاركت اجتماعي با استفاده از ابزار NGO Yچگونه مي تواند در پيگيري حقوق جوانان موثر باشد و چه جايگاهي را براي سازمان هاي مردم نهاد در توسعه حقوق جوانان قائليم؟ به نظر مي رسد حركت در مسير فهم مطالبات داخلي و حقوقي جوانان و دغدغه هاي آنان موجب نهادينه سازي فرهنگ استفاده از ظرفيت جوانان با محوريت تشكل هاي غير دولتي و استفاده از تجارب بين المللي به منظور توانمند نمودن نسل آينده كشور با نگاهي به اسناد مرجع بين المللي با روحيه مطالبه گري و حقوقي خواهد شد.

In the contemporary world, daily changes that occur in the field of communications has led the process of moving communities diluted the role of government every day and this situation is spurred the evolution. It is obvious that as societies evolve, new scenarios in the areas of social- political realized that the new priorities with the adoption of new practices and tools, as well as the capacity of non-state actors, particularly NGOs are required. In this regard due to the role of young people in different countries, especially developed nations as the force of thought, work and ideas in institutions and scientific centers and offices and the development of NGOs youth in the global system a variety of programs such philanthropic actions beyond the borders of countries, in the international arena that would impact on the minds of the masses of the people and even governments and international organization. The method used in this research was based on documentation and library data and also a qualitative study. In this study, we addressed the following questions using the tools of social participation: how youth NGOs can be effective in pursuing the rights of young people and what is their position in youth rights development? It seems the movement in the direction of domestic understanding of young people and their concerns will lead to the institutionalization of the culture of youth-oriented NGOs capacity and use of international experience to the next generation of the country.
