The Assessment of the Lived Experiences of Teachers and Students about the Role of the Ripple Effect of Leader Children in the Classroom

اثر موجي در كودكان رهبر به انتقال انرژي از اين كودكان به ساير كودكان كه باعث دگرگوني در آن ها مي گردد، اطلاق مي شود. هدف تحقيق، ارزيابي تجربه هاي زيسته معلم ها و دانش آموزان در مورد اثر موجي كودكان رهبر بر ساير دانش آموزان هست. اين مطالعه يك پژوهش كيفي به روش پديدارشناسانه هست. جامعه آماري شامل معلم ها و دانش آموزان پايه پنجم هست كه نمونه گيري به صورت هدفمند به تعداد 6 معلم با دامنه سني 28 تا 54 سال و سابقه تدريس 6 تا 35 سال و تعداد 15 دانش آموز پايه پنجم ابتدايي ناحيه يك شهر اروميه انجام گرفت. ابزار پژوهش عبارت از مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته بود. تجزيه وتحليل داده ها با استفاده از روش هفت مرحله اي كلايزي (روش رده اي) انجام گرفت. تم هاي اصلي با استفاده از مصاحبه استخراج و مقايسه شد. تم هاي اوليه عبارت از كشف خصوصيات كودكان رهبر و عوامل تأثير گذار بود و در مرحله بعدي تم هاي : برتربيني، اعتمادبه نفس، احساس مسئوليت، توانايي برنامه ريزي، خلاقيت، پايداري در نظر، تبعيت و هم دلي اعلام گرديد. با توجه به مفاهيم استخراج شده از تجارب زيسته معلمان و دانش آموزان مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه كودكان رهبر بر قلب ها حكم مي رانند، شور بپا مي كنند، خلاق و آرمان گرا هستند، انگيزه مي بخشند و همه را در جهت چشم انداز بسيج مي كنند. ساير دانش آموزان چون ايده ها و احساسات نهفته خود را در آن ها مي بينند، سعي مي كنند تا از روي ميل و اشتياق از اين كودكان رهبر تبعيت نمايند؛ بنابراين مي توان از تأثير اين كودكان در ساير دانش آموزان در جهت بهبود امر آموزش و كمك در جهت مشكلات مدرسه و همكاري با معلمان در امور مربوط به مدرسه استفاده نمود.

The ripple effect of leader childern refers to the transfer of energy from these children to other children, which leads to change in them. The aim of study was to assess the lived experiences of teachers and students about the ripple effect of leader children on other students. It was a qualitative study with phenomenological method. The purposeful sampling was carried out to choose six teachers within the age range of 28 to 54 and teaching experience of 6 to 35 years, and 15 fifth grade primary school students in the district 1 of Urmia. The instrument used was semi-structured interviews. The data was analyzed using the seven - srage Colaizzi method. The main themes were extracted through interviews and compared. The primary themes were exploring the characteristis of leader childeren and effecting factors, and in the next stages the following themed were found: arrogant self-confidence, sense of responsibility, ability to plan, creativity, relibility, obedience and empathy. According to the concepts extracted from the lived experience of teachers and students, it can be concluded that leader childeren dominate the hearts, are living, creative, and idealistic, movtivate others and give them incentives toward the target. Since other students find their hidden ideas and feelings in them, they try to willingly obey these leader children. Therefore, it seems possible to use this effect of leader childeren on other children in order to improve education and help teachers solve educational problems at school.
