تأثير سطوح مختلف پودر گياه Scandix pecten-veneris L. بر پارامترهاي عملكردي، سيستم ايمني، فراسنجه‌هاي خوني و خصوصيات لاشه جوجه‌هاي گوشتي

Effects of different levels of Scandix pecten-veneris L. on growth performance, immune response, blood parameters and carcass characteristics in broiler chickens

این آزمایش به‌منظور تعیین اثر گیاه سوزن چوپان (Scandix pecten-veneris L.) بر صفات عملكردی، سیستم ایمنی، فراسنجه‌های خونی و خصوصیات لاشه جوجه‌های گوشتی انجام شد. در این آزمایش تعداد 240 قطعه جوجه گوشتی ماده از سویه راس 308 در 4 تیمار آزمایشی (4 تكرار با تعداد 15 قطعه جوجه در هر تكرار) در قالب طرح كاملاً تصادفی در سطوح مختلف (صفر، 0.5، 1 و 1.5 درصد جیره) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد از نظر عملكرد رشد، مصرف دان و ضریب تبدیل غذایی در پایان دوره پرورش تفاوت معنی‌داری بین تیمارها وجود داشت، به‌طوری كه میانگین وزن و ضریب تبدیل غذایی در تیمار 1.5% به‌طور معنی‌داری بالاتر و كمتر از تیمار كنترل بود (0.05>P). از نظر غلظت گلوكز، تری‌گلیسیرید، كلسترول، HDL و خصوصیات لاشه اختلاف معنی‌داری بین تیمارها مشاهده نشد. ﺗﺤﺮﻳﻚ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ اﻳﻤﻨﻲ ﺑﻪ‌وﺳﻴﻠﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ در دو ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ و ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻋﻴﺎر آﻧﺘﻲ‌ﺑﺎدی ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﮔﻠﺒﻮل ﻗﺮﻣﺰ ﮔﻮﺳﻔﻨﺪ در تیمارهای 1 و 1.5 درصد به‌ترتیب در نوبت اول و دوم خونگیری بالاتر از سایر تیمارها بود (0.05>P). اختلاف معنی‌داری بین وزن نسبی لاشه و اندام‌های داخلی جوجه‌های گوشتی در بین تیمارها مشاهده نشد. بیشترین درصد سلول‌های ائوزینوفیل (5.67) در تیمار حاوی 1.5% و كمترین آن (34.4) در تیمار حاوی 5/0% مشاهده شد (0.05>P). به‌طور كلی استفاده از سطح 1.5% گیاه سوزن چوپان در كل دوره پرورشی می‌تواند باعث بهبود صفات عملكردی طیور گردد. از سوی دیگر با توجه به فعالیت آنتی‌اكسیدانی و ضدباكتریایی گیاه، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت كه این گیاه دارای اثرات مثبتی بر فعالیت و ایمنی بدن طیور باشد.

This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of needle shepherd (Scandix pecten-veneris L.) on broiler performance, immune system, blood parameters and carcass characteristics. In this research, two hundred and forty one-day-old female chickens (Ross 308) in a completely randomized design were allocated to one of four treatments (four replicates of 15 birds per treatment): control, and the control diet supplemented with 0.5%, 1% and 1.5% needle shepherd. Results indicated that, the growth performance was affected significantly by treatments, as the average weight and feed conversion ratio in the treatment of 1.5% was significantly higher and lower than that of the control, respectively (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in terms of glucose, triglycerides, HDL cholesterol and characteristics of carcass among treatments during experiment. The stimulation of immune system was determined with sheep red blood cell (SRBC) in two stages.  It was found that the antibody titer against SRBC in the groups fed with 1 and 1.5% of plant were more than other groups in the first and second stages (P<0.05). The highest and lowest percentage of eosinophil’s cells (5.67% and 4.34%) were observed in the treatments of 1.5% and 0.5%, respectively (P<0.05). The results obtained in this study indicate that the use level of 1.5% shepherdʹs needle can improve poultry performance characteristics. On the other hand, due to the antioxidant and anti-bacterial activity of the study species, it can be concluded that this plant has a positive effect on the activity and immunity of poultry.
