The Barriers to Personality Development in Family from the Perspective of the Noble Quran and Hadith

چكيده شخصيت در قرآن و متون روايي، به نيّت و شاكله ياد شده و به واقع، همان خلق و خوي رفتارساز و نسبتاً پايداري است كه از مجموع غرايز و عوامل تربيتي و اجتماعي حاصل مي‌شود. مجموعه عوامل منظور، براساس مباني و غايتي است كه اسلام از انسان و شخصيت انساني دارد. خانواده يكي از مهمترين كانون‌‌هاي شكل‌گيري، رشد و شكوفايي شخصيت انسان است. موضوع اين مقاله كه به روش توصيفي تحليلي از منابع كتابخانه‌اي فراهم آمده، بخشي از مهم‌ترين موانع رشد شخصيت در خانواده و آسيب‌‌هاي آن از منظر قرآن و روايات است. اين موانع در دو حوزه جهل نظري و جهل عملي تبيين شده است. ناآگاهي خانواده به‌خصوص پدر و مادر از جايگاه خود، خداوند، شيطان و شيوه‌‌هاي رشد و تربيت، از موانع رشد شخصيت در خانواده در حوزه جهل نظري است. رهاسازي تربيت، برون‌سپاري و سهل‌انگاري والدين در آموزش عملي و علمي اخلاق، شعاير، دستورات اسلامي و مسايل عقيدتي، تنش در روابط والدين، دنياگرايي و عدم طبقه‌بندي مسايل مورد نياز فرزندان در دوره‌‌هاي مختلف سنّي، از موانع عملي رشد و شكوفايي شخصيت در خانواده از نگاه قرآن و روايات است.

Personality in the noble Quran and Hadith texts is in reality the same behavioral and rather stable character which is resulted (arouse) from the instinct and social- training factors collectively. The mentioned factors are based on the basis and aim which Islam has about man and human personality. Family is one of the important units for forming personality growth and flourish. The note issue which has been provided in a descriptive- analytic method from the library sources is a part of the most important barriers to the personal growth in family and its damages from the view of the noble Quran and hadith. These barriers have been determined in two areas: practical ignorance and theoretical ignorance. Families especially parents unaware of their position, God, Shay??n (the devil) and the methods of the growth and training are of the barriers of the personal growth in the theoretical ignorance. Lack of parental involvement and carelessness in the scientific and practical education of Islamic ethics , rites and orders and the religious beliefs, secularism, not categorizing the problems (which are necessary for children in the different stages) are of the practical barriers of personality growth and flourish in family from the Perspective of the Noble Quran and hadith.
