نقش فناوري اطلاعات بر شاخص‌هاي جامعه‌پذيري سياسي (با تاكيد بر جمهوري اسلامي ايران)

The Role of Information Technology on Indicators Of Political Socialization )with the emphasis on the Islamic Republic of Iran)

مناسبات متقابل ميان مردم و نظام سياسي و همچنين عوامل، آثار و كاركردهاي اين كنش متقابل، يكي از عمده ترين مباحث در حوزه جامعه شناسي سياسي و مشخصاً جامعه‌پذيري سياسي است. ورود فناوري اطلاعات به دنياي جديد، تمامي ساختارها و جنبه‌هاي زندگي بشر را تحت تاثير خود قرار داد. به دنبال اين تاثيرات، جريان شكل گيري جامعه پذيري سياسي و عوامل آن نيز دستخوش تغييراتي شد كه به عنوان كانون توجه در مقاله حاضر بررسي شده است. چگونگي عملكرد نهادهايي چون خانواده، گروه همسالان، رسانه هاي همگاني، آموزش و پرورش و دولت كه نقش بازتوليدكنندگي سياسي را برعهده دارند از يكسو و نحوه تاثيرگذاري فناوري اطلاعات بر الگوي جامعه‌پذيري سياسي و تثبيت ارزش ها در رفتارهاي سياسي مردم و پيامدهاي آن از سوي ديگر، هدف موضوعي اين نوشتار است. يافته هاي اين پژوهش كه به واسطه روش اسنادي در قالب مدلي تحليلي ارايه شده است، نشان مي‌دهد كه فناوري اطلاعات از طريق دو مكانيسم افزايش آگاهي سياسي افراد و درگيرسازي مدني، آثار سياسي خود را بر فرايند جامعه‌پذيري سياسي و در نهايت چارچوب فرهنگ سياسي جامعه اعمال مي‌كند.

Mutual relations between people and political system and also factors, political effects and functions of this interaction, are one of the most important discussions in field of political society, obviously political socialization. The arrival of information Technology (IT) into the new world, affected all the structures and aspects of human life. Following these effects, the flow of the formation of political socialization and its elements changed, which has been examined as the focal point in this paper. On the one hand, the performance process of institutions such as family, peer group, mass media, education and the government which have the political reproductivity role and from the other hand the process Information Technology influence on the pattern of political socialization and consolidation of values in political behaviors of people and its consequences, are the subjective goals of this paper. Findings of this study, which have been presented through documentary method in the framework of an analytic model, shows that through two raising mechanisms of individuals political awareness and civil involvement Information Technology, imposes its political effects on political socialization process within the framework of political culture of the society.
