The role of a comprehensive system of property control in the performance of organizational missions

در دنياي مدرن امروزي به سبب پيچيدگي مسايل و پيشرفت روزافزون تكنولوژي و استفاده سازمانها از سيستمهاي اطلاعاتي مختلف، نياز به اطلاعات جامع براي تصميم گيري دقيق تر مديران بيش از هر زمان ديگري احساس مي‌شود و هر سازماني كه داراي سيستم كنترل و نظارت قوي تر باشد، در شناخت و رفع انحرافات و دستيابي به اهداف و انجام ماموريت‌ها موفقتر خواهد بود. لذا سازمان ناجا نيز جهت دستيابي به اهداف و انجام ماموريتهاي خود و جلوگيري از حيف و ميل اموال نياز به سيستمي داشت تا آخرين موقعيت مكاني اموال و تجهيزات را رصد نمايد. اين سامانه در سال 1386 راه اندازي و در حال بهره برداري مي باشد. هدف از اين تحقيق، بررسي نقش سامانه جامع كنترل اموال در اجراي ماموريت هاي سازماني و بررسي رابطه ‌بين سامانه با اجراي ماموريت‌هاي سازماني بود. اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي پيمايشي و از دو روش كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني براي جمع آوري اطلاعات استفاده شد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق به تعداد 39 نفر شامل كارشناسان و كاربران ادارات معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا بود. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات ميداني از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. نتايج بدست آمده نشان داد كه شاخص كاهش اشتباهات در ثبت آمار و صورت وضعيت اقلام بيشترين و شاخص شناخت انحراف از طريق دادن خطا كمترين تاثير را در اجراي ماموريتهاي سازماني به خود اختصاص دادند. در مجموع 83 درصد از پاسخ دهندگان نيز نقش سامانه جامع كنترل اموال در اجراي ماموريتهاي سازماني را زياد و خيلي زياد ارزيابي نمودند.

In todayʹs modern world, due to the complexity of the issues and the ever-increasing advancements in technology and the use of organizations from different information systems, the need for comprehensive information is felt more accurately for decision-makers than any other time, and any organization with a stronger control and monitoring system will be more successful in identifying and eliminating deviations and achieving goals and missions. Therefore, in order to achieve its goals and missions and to prevent the loss of property and the desire of the property, the NGO needed a system to monitor the latest spatial location of property and equipment. This system is in initiated in 2007 and is in operation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of comprehensive system of property control in the implementation of organizational missions and to investigate the relationship between the system and the implementation of organizational missions. This research was descriptive survey and using library and field methods for data collection. The statistical population of this study was 39 people including experts and users of NAJA deputy support department. The results showed that the index of error reduction in the registration of statistics and list of the items was the highest and the index of deviation recognition by giving errors had the least effect on the implementation of organizational missions. Altogether, 83% of respondents assessed the role of comprehensive system of property control in executing organizational missions high and very high.
