اولين گزارش زنبور Campoletis scyticus (Hym.: Ichneumonidae, Campopleginae) از ايران

First report of Campoletis scyticus (Hym.: Ichneumonidae, Campopleginae) from Iran

جنس Campoletis F?rster, 1868 با بيش از 100 گونه شناخته شده در سطح جهان، يكي از جنس‌هاي نسبتاً بزرگ زيرخانواده Campopleginae (Hym.: Ichneumonidae) است (4; 5). اعضاي اين جنس عمدتاً لاروهاي پروانه‌هاي خانواده‌هاي Noctuidae و Geometridae و به ندرت Pyralidae، Pterophoridae، Zygaenidae و Drepanidae را پارازيته كرده و بعضي گونه‌ها به عنوان عوامل مهم كنترل زيستي آفات گياهان زراعي مانند گونه‌هاي مختلف Heliothis spp. (Lep.: Noctuidae) شناخته مي‌شوند (3). زنبورهاي اين جنس، داراي بدني به طول 5-9 ميلي‌متر و كليپيوس غالباً در لبه انتهايي، داراي يك دندانه تيز مياني كاملاً مشخص است. تاكنون، شش گونه از اين جنس از ايران گزارش شده است (1; 2; 4). در اين گزارش يك گونه جديد از اين جنس از استان كرمان، گزارش مي‌شود. نمونه‌هاي اين زنبور در مجموعه حشرات بخش توليدات گياهي، دانشكده كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي داراب، دانشگاه شيراز نگهداري مي‌شود. Campoletis scyticus Riedel,2017: نمونه‌هاي بررسي شده: ايران، استان كرمان، شهرستان رفسنجان، راويز (N= 30° 28? E= 55° 33?, 1757 m a.s.l.)، ده فرد ماده، 14 آبان 1393، تورزني روي Mentha longifolia؛ داوران (N= 30° 34? E= 56° 11?, 1898 m a.s.l.)، سه فرد ماده، 15-30 خرداد 1393، تله ماليز، جمع‌آوري كننده: سپيده شفيعي. پراكنش اين گونه در بلغارستان، قزاقستان، قرقيزستان، مراكش، تركيه، تركمنستان (4) و ايران (مطالعه حاضر) مي‌باشد. ويژگي‌هاي ريخت‌شناسي افتراقي اين گونه عبارتند از: لبه انتهايي كليپيوس داراي يك دندانه بزرگ و مشخص؛ رگبال Postnervulus در بال جلو پايين‌تر از وسط به دو بخش تقسيم شده؛ پيش‌گرده و ميان‌پهلو داراي نقاط پراكنده؛ ناحيه Area superomedia در پروپوديوم، باز؛ ساق پاي عقب در بخش قاعده و بخش مياني-خارجي سفيد عاجي؛ ران پاي عقبي قرمز؛ طول ترژيت دوم، 4/1 برابر عرض آن؛ طول غلاف تخمريز 7/0 طول ترژيت اول متازوما

Campoletis F?rster, 1868 is a relatively large genus of the parasitoid wasps of the subfamily Campopleginae (Hym.: Ichneumonidae) containing more than 100 described species worldwide (4; 5). Members of this genus parasitize mainly larvae of the families Noctuidae and Geometridae and less common of Pyralidae, Pterophoridae, Zygaenidae and Drepanidae. Some species have been known as the most important biological control agents of crop pests such as Heliothis spp. (3). The wasps of this genus have a body length of about 5-9 mm with a prominent tooth at apical edge of clypeus in most species (Fig. 1A, B). There have been recorded of six species of this genus from Iran (1; 2; 4). Here, one another species of this genus is newly reported from Kerman province, Iran. Specimens of this species are deposited in the insect collection of Department of Plant Production, College of Agriculture and Natural Resources of Darab, Shiraz University, Iran. Campoletis scyticus Riedel, 2017: Materials examined: IRAN, Kerman province, Rafsanjan County, Raviz (N= 30° 28? E= 55° 33?, 1755 m a.s.l.), 10?, 5 November 2014, sweeping on Mentha longifolia; Davaran (N= 30° 34? E= 56° 11?, 1898 m a.s.l.), 3?, 5-20 June 2014, Malaise trap, Leg. S. Shafiei. This species is distributed in Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Turkey, Turkmenistan (4) and Iran (Current Study). Diagnostic morphological characters of this species are as follow: apical edge of clypeus with a distinct median tooth (Fig. 1B); mesoscutum and mesopleuron with superficial punctures (Fig. 1C); postnervulus in forewing intercepted below the middle (Fig. 1D); area superomedia of propodeum open (Fig. 1E); hind tibia basally and externomedially ivory; hind femur almost completely red; second tergite 1.4 x as long as wide; ovipositor sheath 0.7 as long as first tergite (Fig. 1A).
