خوف و رجا در آيات و روايات و كاربرد آنها در صيانت پليس

Fear and hope in Verses and their application in police protection

مسيله خوف و رجا از جمله مسايل مهم اخلاقي و اعتقادي است كه ذهن آدمي را به خود مشغول ساخته و بر ‌ضرورت حفظ تعادل ميان آن‌ها تاكيد شده است. پرورش همسو و هم‌زمان دو نيروي دروني خوف ‌و رجا عامل تثبيت و متعادل‌كننده شخصيت و رفتار آدمي است. در پژوهش حاضر در راستاي صيانت از پليس، عملكرد پليس كه خود مسيول امنيت، نظم و آرامش عمومي و خصوصي در جامعه است، مورد بررسي و كنكاش قرار گرفت. صيانت از نيروي انتظامي ابعاد و اشكال گوناگوني دارد كه در اين تحقيق، تكيه ‌بر نقش خوف و رجا به ‌مثابه راهكار قرآني و بهترين اهرم سودمند بود. روش كار توصيفي- تحليلي بوده و منابع به‌صورت كتابخانه‌اي گردآوري ‌شدند. نتايج بررسي انجام شده نشان داد كه آثار تربيتي بيم و اميد بر صيانت از نيروي پليس چشم‌گير و انكارناپذير است و با برنامه‌ريزي جامع از سوي مديران مربوطه و نهادينه ساختن اين دو ابزار، مي‏توان نيروهايي كارآمد، خودساخته و الگوهايي مثبت را شاهد بود كه به وظيفه خود بي كم و كاست جامه عمل مي‌پوشانند.

Fear and hope are among the important issues of morality and belief engaging the human mind and stressed the need to maintain a balance between them. Foster consistent and consolidated operating both fear and hope and inner strength is balancing oneʹs character. In this study, in order to preserve the police, responsible for public and private security, peace and order in society were investigated. Preservation of police has various dimensions and forms that in this investigation based on Quran fear and hope was the best useful way. Descriptive and analytical methods have been used regarding the data collected from library resources. The results showed that the effects of fear and hope on the protection of the police force is impressive and undeniable and with comprehensive planning by managers and institutionalization of these tools we can approach efficient forces, self-control and positive models that fulfill their duty perfectly.
