The Comparative Study of Knowledge-based Economies of the Asian Countries and the Roadmap for Improving the Situation of Iran

توسعه اقتصاد دانش بنيان، هم يك ضرورت و هم، يك فرصت براي كشورهاي درحال توسعه مي باشد. ضرورت است، به دليل اينكه باعث حفظ نرخ رشد در آينده مي شود، و فرصت است، به دليل اينكه اقتصادهاي در حال رشد مي توانند به واسطه اقتصاد دانش بنيان در بازار جهاني به سوي پيشرفت در زنجيره هاي ارزش سريع­تر حركت كنند. به دليل اهميت اقتصاد دانش بنيان در توسعه كشور، در اين پژوهش هدف آن است تا يك مقايسه تطبيقي بين كشور ايران و كشورهاي منتخب آسيايي در حوزه اقتصاد دانش بنيان انجام شود. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، شناسايي وضع موجود كشورهاي منتخب و ايران در شاخص هاي اقتصاد دانش بنيان و ارائه نقشه راه مناسب براي بهبود وضعيت ايران مي باشد. با توجه به ماهيت پژوهش، اين پژوهش توصيفي از نوع تحليلي و ثانويه است. با توجه به نتايج به دست آمده از مقايسه تطبيقي بين كشور ايران با كشورهاي منتخب، اين نتيجه حاصل شد كه كشور ايران در ابعاد نوآوري، فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات و رژيم اقتصادي و نهادي در وضعيت ضعيف­تري نسبت به كشورهاي پيشرفته آسيايي قرار دارد؛ ولي در حوزه آموزش در وضعيت متوسطي نسبت به كشورهاي ديگر قرار گرفته است

Developing a knowledge-based economy is both a necessity and an opportunity for the developing countries. It is a necessity because it preserves the growth rate in the future, and it is an opportunity, because the growing knowledge-based economies can move faster in the global markets towards the advanced value chains. Due to the importance of the knowledge-based economy in the development of Iran, this study aims to provide a comparison between Iran and the selected Asian countries in the field of knowledge economy. To this end, this study tends to identify the status of the selected countries and Iran regarding the indicators of the knowledge-based economy and to provide a proper roadmap for improving the situation of Iran. By the nature of the topic, this is a descriptive- analytical research. The comparison between Iran and the selected countries indicated the weaknesses of Iran relative to the selected advanced Asian countries in terms of various dimensions such as innovation, information and communication technology, and the economic and institutional regimes. However, Iran places a moderate rank than other countries.in the field of education
