بررسي اثر نا اطميناني تورم بر سرمايه گذاري در بخش كشاورزي ايران

Impact of inflation Uncertainty on Agricultural Investment in Iran

سرمايه گذاري در بخش كشاورزي امري مهم در تامين امنيت غذايي هر كشور است. به همين علت شناسايي عوامل موثر بر سرمايه گذاري در اين بخش ضروري است. وجود برخي تنگناهاي طبيعي و ريسك، سرمايه گذاري در اين بخش را با مشكل روبه رو كرده است، اما گاهي سياست هاي اقتصادي نيز اين روند را تشديد ميكند. از جمله عواملي كه ميتواند بر سرمايه گذاري در يك اقتصاد اثرگذاري كند، نااطميناني تورم است. هدف از اين مطالعه، بررسي اثر نااطميناني تورم بر سرمايه گذاري بخش كشاورزي در ايران طي دوره 1389-1350 ميباشد. براي محاسبه شاخص نااطميناني تورم از روش واريانس ناهمساني شرطي اتورگرسيو و براي برآورد معادله ها از روش خود توضيح برداري با وقفه گسترده استفاده شد. نتايج مطالعه ارتباط منفي بين نااطميناني تورم و سرمايه گذاري در بخش كشاورزي را تاييد ميكند. با توجه به نتايج حاصل از اين مطالعه، توصيه ميشود، سياست گذاران ضمن مد نظر قرار دادن رشد اقتصادي، سياست تعديل و تثبيت قيمت ها در جهت تثبيت اقتصاد و كاهش نااطميناني را در پيش بگيرند.

Investment in the agricultural sector is important in providing food security of each country. Accordingly، it is necessary to identify affecting factors on investment in this sector. Because of existence of natural limitations and risks، investment in the sector has faced with problems. Inflation uncertainty is one of the factors that could influence on investment in the economy. The aim of current study is investigation of effect of inflation uncertainty on agricultural investment in Iran during 971-2010. For calculation of uncertainty index، Autoregressive conditional Heteroskedasticity (ARCH) method and for estimation of model، Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) was used. The results of this study confirm that there is negative relationship between inflation uncertainty and agricultural investment. Considering the negative effects of inflation uncertainty in agriculture، policy of price adjustment is recommended to policy makers for stabilizing the economy and reduces uncertainty.
