در اين مقاله در صدديم به بررسي، شناسايي و حمايت از حقوق شهروندي در سيره علوي بپردازيم. آنچه در تاريخ از حكومت هاي اسلامي به ياد داريم بيانگر اين است كه حكومت پيامبر اعظم (ص) و حضرت علي (ع) كاملترين نمونه حكومت اسلامي است و لذا هر آنچه در حقوق شهروندي مدرن بيابيم در حكومت ايشان نيز خواهيم يافت. دراين نوشتار با ارائه تعريفي از شهروندي و وضعيت آن در اسلام و نيز نظر قرآن و پيامبر در اين باره و حقوق شهروندي از ديدگاه نهج البلاغه و حضرت علي (ع) كه عبارت است از حقوق افراد يك جامعه فارغ از نژادها، زبان ها، رنگ ها، دين ها و سرزمين ها كه آن را حقوق بشر، آزادي و شهروندي ناميده اند از منظر مولاي متقيان مورد پژوهش قرار گرفته است و بايد گفت كه شايد طرح بحث شهروندي از ديدگاه حضرت علي (ع) كه از آگاه ترين شخصيت ها به اسلام بعد از پيامبر است بهترين شيوه دست يابي به اين حوزه است كه مبتني بر حق محوري و تكليف محوري است.

In this article, we are going to study, identify and support the rights of citizens in Alavi. What we remember in Islamic history is that the rule of the Prophet (s) and Imam Ali (as) is the most complete example of the Islamic government, so whatever we find in modern civil rights is also to be found in their government. This article presents the definition of citizenship and its status in Islam, as well as the views of the Qur'an and the Prophet on this subject, and the rights of citizens from Nahj al-Balaghah and Imam Ali's point of view, which is the rights of individuals of a non-racial society, languages Colors, religions and territories, which they called human rights, freedom and citizenship, have been investigated from the point of view of the holy masters, and it must be said that the discussion of citizenship from the perspective of Imam Ali (AS), which is the most knowledgeable personality Islam is the aftermath of the Prophet, and is the best way to reach this area, which is based on the right axis and central commitment.
