چكيده فارسي :
رشد بالاي دانش در حوزه‌هاي گوناگون به ايجاد تغييرات فزاينده در محيط سازمان‌ها منجر شده كه فرصت‌ها و تهديدهايي را به دنبال داشته است. از جمله علل اصلي اين تغييرات رو به رشد، بهره‌گيري از خلاقيت‌ها و نوآوري ناشي از دانش و تجربيات كسب شده توسط سازمان، تلفيق، تقويت و به‌كارگيري مستمر آن‌ها است. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي، اولويت‌بندي و مقايسه ابعاد اصلي چرخه مديريت دانش در وضعيت موجود و مطلوب يك سازمان پروژه‌محور، و به‌تبع آن شناسايي ابعاد مهم‌تر و موثرتر بر مديريت دانش و ارايه راهكارهايي كارامد به‌منظور ارتقا و توسعه سطح مديريت دانش سازماني است. پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش تحقيق و شيوه گردآوري اطلاعات، توصيفي - پيمايشي است. نمونه آماري پژوهش 103 نفر از كاركنان مرتبط با پروژه‌هاي شركت مهندسين مشاور نوي است كه به روش نمونه‌برداري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شده‌اند. براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات مربوط به مباني نظري از روش مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و براي جمع‌آوري داده در مورد فرضيات پژوهش از توزيع پرسش‌نامه بسته استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل فرضيات پژوهش حاكي از وجود تفاوت در اولويت‌بندي و در نتيجه اهميت ابعاد مختلف چرخه مديريت دانش و شاخص‌هاي هر يك در شرايط موجود و مطلوب جامعه آماري موردنظر بوده و نمايانگر لزوم اصلاح برنامه‌ريزي فرايندهاي اصلي چرخه مديريت دانش و شاخص‌هاي مهم‌تر و اثرگذارتر بر هر يك است. بالاترين اولويت در وضعيت موجود جامعه آماري موردنظر به فعاليت اكتساب و خلق دانش و در شرايط مطلوب به فعاليت به‌كارگيري و كاربرد دانش مربوط است
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this research is survey, prioritize and comparison of main dimensions of knowledge management cycle in the existing and desired situations in a project-based organization, consequently identifying the most important and effective dimensions of knowledge management and offering useful solutions to enhance and improve organizational knowledge management. Research in terms of target, is applied and in terms of research methodology and methods of data gathering, is descriptive - survey. The statistical sample consisted of 103 employees of Noi Consulting Engineers Co. who were selected by simple random sampling method. For collecting information about literature, theory and background research used of library studies, and for collecting data about research hypotheses used of researcher-made closed questionnaire distribution. The necessary calculations to analyze the data that collected in this research were conducted with using of the SPSS 19 software and through descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the analysis research hypotheses show that there are differences in prioritization dimensions of knowledge management cycle and their indexes in the existing and desired situations of the target population that indicates the need to reform planning of the main dimension of knowledge management cycle and important indexes each of them.
