در فرايند شكل گيري و بروز رفتار هاي خشونت آميز عوامل متعددي نقش دارند. از جمله مهم ترين آنها فضا هاي، بي دفاع هستند. فضا هاي بي دفاع شهري از جمله فضا هايي هستند كه به دليل ويژگي هاي كالبدي و اجتماعي، فرصت بزهكاري و خشونت در آنها بالاست. در اين راستا در اين مطالعه به بررسي نقش فضا هاي بي دفاع شهري در وقوع جرم با تاكيد بر پارك هاي منطقه 9 مشهد پرداخته شده است. روش تحقيق در اين مطالعه، مبتني بر مطالعات كتابخانه اي، اسنادي و ميداني است. جامعه آماري كل منطقه 9 مشهد را شامل مي شود كه بر اساس فرمول كوكران تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان جامعه نمونه مشخص شد. تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات به وسيله نرم افزار SPSS و مدل وايكور انجام گرفته شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه، در تمامي شاخص هاي مطرح شده سطح معناداري به دست آمده 000/0 است كه نشان دهنده رابطه معنادار و مثبت بين عوامل موثر در كاهش امنيت در پارك ها و افزايش ميزان جرم است. و همچنين نتايج حاصل از مدل VIKOR نشان داد كه، پارك وكيل آباد با Q به دست آمده (1) در رتبه اول و پارك وفا با Q به دست آمده (0.000)، در رتبه هاي آخر قرار مي گيرد.

The population of the entire region 9 Mashhad is included based on the sample of 384 was specified as a sample.The results showed that، in all the proposed achieved a significant level of 0.000، which represents a significant and positive relationship between effective factors in reducing the crime rate is increasing security in the parks. As well as the results of the model showed that VIKOR، Park Vakil Abad obtained with Q 1 in the first place and respectively Lavizan park obtained 0.778، Khorshid Park acquired Q 0.202، Park Vafa with the Q 0.000، ranking next viable according to scientific recommendations of the experts on parks have been allocated.In the end، proposals were raised in line with the results.
