بررسي تاثير سيستم اطلاعات حسابداري بر بهبود تصميم گيري مديران در شركت پليمر آريا ساسول

Investigation the Effect of Accounting Information System on Improvement of Decisions of Manager in Arya Sasol Polymer Company

سيستم هاي اطلاعات حسابداري نقش مهمي در زندگي سازماني نوين، دنياي كسب و كار، تجارت و مديريت دارد. در بكارگيري سيستم هاي اطلاعات حسابداري در تصميم گيري ها مديران بيش از پيش بايد از اثرات ناشي از سيستم ها به سازمان و افراد آگاهي داشته و تا بتوانند تدابير لازم را اتخاذ كنند. اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي تاثير سيستم اطلاعات حسابداري بر تصميم گيري مديران در شركت پليمر آرياساسول انجام گرفت. روش انجام اين تحقيق توصيفي - همبستگي و ابزار گردآوري داده ها، پرسشنامه اي محقق ساخته بود كه روايي آن به تاييد خبرگان امر رسيد و پاياني آن با ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ به ميزان 0/83 مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل كليه كاركنان شركت پليمر آرساساسول به تعداد 50 نفر بوده كه بدليل محدوديت جامعه آماري از روش تمام سماري استفاده گرديد. پس از تحليل داده ها در محيط نرم افزاري SPSS و استفاده از آزمون رگرسيون، نتايج نشان داد كه سيستم اطلاعات حسابداري تاثيري مستقيم بر تصميم گيري مديران دارد.

Accounting information systems play an important role in modern organizational life, the world of business, commerce and management. In the use of accounting information systems in decision-making of managers, we should be aware of the effects of the system to organizations and individuals in order to adopt the necessary measures. This research aimed to investigate the effect of accounting information system on improvement of decisions of manager in Arya Sasol Polymer Company. This is a descriptive-survey research. Data collection tool is a researcher made questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.83. The statistical population included all employees of Arya Sasol Polymer Company which they were 50 people. The census method was used because of the limitations of the statistical population. After analyzing data in SPSS and liserel software and use of structural equation, the results showed that the accounting information system has a direct impact on manager decision making.
