چكيده فارسي :
اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺳﮑﻮت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﻬﺮداري ﺳﺎوه در ﺳﺎل 1395-96 ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﮔﺮداوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 320 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﻬﺮداري ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺳﺎوه ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ از اﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان و روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽﻃﺒﻘﻪاي 175 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. روش ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺳﮑﻮت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ون داﯾﻦ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎراﻧﺶ (2003) و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس اﺳﮑﺎﺗﺮ و ﻣﻮﺗﻮوﯾﺪﻟﻮ (1996)، ﻟﯿﻨﺪﺑﻮم (2013) و ﺑﻮرﻣﻦ و ﻣﻮﺗﻮوﯾﺪﻟ (1997)، اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار آن ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﯿﺶ از 0.8 ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻫﻤﯿﻦﻃﻮر از رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر آزﻣﻮن رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﯿﻦ ﻣﺮﺑﻮﻃﻪ رﺳﯿﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از اﺟﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار Smart PLS در دو ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﺪل اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي و ﺑﺨﺶ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. در ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﺪل اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻓﻨﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﯾﻌﻨﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ و ﺑﺎر ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﮔﻮﯾﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري، ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﻣﺪل ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺳﮑﻮت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري دارﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational silence on job performance of employees
in Saveh municipalities during the years 1965-96. The research method was applied to the target and the method
of collecting data was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of 320 employees of
the municipality of Saveh city, among which, using the Cochran formula and random sampling method, 175
subjects were considered as sample volume. The method of data collection was based on the standard
organizational silent questionnaire Van Dine et al. (2003), and job performance based on Scater and Motoviljo
(1996), Lindbum (2013), and Borman and Motoviljo (1997). The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated
using Cronbach's alpha method and its value for all questionnaires was more than 0.8. Also, content validity was
used to validate the questionnaire. For this purpose, the questionnaires were approved by the relevant experts.
The analysis of the information obtained from the implementation of the questionnaires was done through Smart
PLS software in two parts of the measurement model and the structural part. In the model section, the technical
characteristics of the questionnaire, namely, reliability and factor load, were examined. In the structural part,
structural coefficients of the model were used to study the research hypotheses. Findings showed that
organizational silence has a significant effect on job performance.
