سياست از دو بخش نظري و عملي تشكيل شده­ است. در بخش نظري مباني، مفاهيم، اهداف و روش­ها و در بخش عملي شيوۀ اجرا و طراحي و برنامه‌ريزي مورد تأكيد است. حكومت‌مندي به معناي فكر كردن در باب نهادهاي حكومتي هر دو جنبه را مورد تأكيد قرار ميدهد. اين مقاله مي­ كوشد با تفسير نامه‌هاي نهج‌البلاغه به تبيين موضوع حكومت‌مندي از زاويه ديد امام علي(ع) بپردازد. علي(ع) نامه­ ها را زماني نوشته است كه در رأس هرم حاكميت قرار داشته و بر همين اساس با توجه به آرمان‌ها و اهداف حكومت اسلامي، فنوني عملي جهت تدبير عرصه عمومي به وجود آورده است. در اين پژوهش حكومت‌مندي را با سه شاخص فنون آرماني، جايگاهي و غيريت ­ساز مورد بررسي قرار داده ­ايم تا نشان دهيم كه در مناسبات قدرت و شبكه جايگاه­هاي سياسي، امام(ع) چه رويه ­هاي نهادي و عقلاني جهت حل مسائل پيشنهاد داده ­است. نتيجۀ پژوهش نشان داد كه شيوۀ حكمراني امام(ع) داراي فنون، نهادها و رويه‌هايي است كه از آن ميتوان به‌عنوان حكومت‌مندي بهره برد.

In the theoretical principles, concepts, goals and methods and practical approaches in the implementation and planning is highlighted. governmentality means thinking about government institutions both emphasized. in this article, with interpretation of the letter of Nahj perspective the concept of the rule of Imam Ali's. time wrote letters Imam ruling. and pay attention to the ideals and objectives, to devise practical techniques has created the public arena. In this study, we have examined the three branches of governmentality: armani techniques, the place techniques and otherness construction techniques. to be analyzed The network of power relations and political positions of Imam whether institutional practices and rational problem solving is proposed.
