A Study of Individual Identity in Marguerite Yourcenarייs novels

آثار مارگريت يورسونار با بازآفريني طرحي فلسفي از هويت انسان، خواننده را طي روندي تكاملي با خودشناسي در مفهومي كلي آشنا مي‌كند. اساس اين طرح، به ويژه با خلق شخصيت‌هاي رماني نويسنده مصداق مي‌يابد، تا خودشناسي با بياني براي هويت فرد تلفيق شود، هويت انسان در بستر تاثيراتي برگرفته از اسطوره و مضامين تاريخي بررسي مي‌شود. تعريفي كه انسان‌ها از ماهيت و رابطه خود با محيط‌شان دارند، در اسطوره‌ها متجلي است؛ از اين منظر چگونگي تبيين اسطوره در ادبيات و از سويي ديدگاه‌هاي تاريخي نويسنده به مثابه الگويي در خودشناسي مطرح مي‌شود. در اين مقاله سعي خواهد شد تا با رويكردي تحليلي، مسير مارگريت يورسونار را در ترسيم هويت فردي و درك خودشناسي، با بهره‌گيري از پندار انكار نفس نيچه، از خلال طرح شخصيت‌هاي رماني اين نويسنده بررسي شود تا از اين طريق روابط ممكن ميان آفرينش هنر با هنرمند، پيوندي برقرار شود تا شكل‌گيري هويت فردي نويسنده و به طور كلي هر موجود بشري، بازتابي از آن باشد.

Marguerite Yourcenar turns to self-making in all her works and regards it as the result of an evolutionary process. Marguerite Yourcenar designs the basis of this self-making by creating the characters in her novels so that the process of an independent viewpoint about self-making combines with the expression for individual identity. She has analyzed human identity in the effects taken from historical contents and myths. According to such viewpoint, the humansʹ interpretation about their essence and the relationship with their environment is reflected in myths. From this viewpoint, explaining myths in literature and the authorʹs historical ideas are expressed with a close relationship between the author and her artistic work as a model in self-making. This article tries to study analogically Marguerite Yourcenarʹs route in drawing individual identity and understanding self-making through the layout of characters in her novels.
