Measuring Economic Resistance for Iran & Selected Countries (Comparing Aggregating Methods for Constructing the Composite Index)

هدف اصلي اين مقاله سنجش مقاومت اقتصادي ايران و كشورهاي منتخب منطقه با روش‌هاي معتبر تجميع شاخص‌هاي تركيبي و مقايسه نتايج است. براي اين منظور براساس شش محور اصلي و طي چهار مقطع زماني 2000، 2005، 2010 و 2014 و با بهره گيري از روش فاصله از مرجع براي نرمال سازي داده ها و پنج روش مرسوم (ميانگين وزني ساده، تاپسيس، مولفه‌هاي اصلي اصلاح شده، تاكسونومي و انحراف از مقدار بهينه اصلاح شده) براي تجميع، شاخص تركيبي ساخته شد و درنهايت نتايج اين روش‌ها براساس معيارهاي ضريب هم‌بستگي اسپيرمن و ضريب تغييرات مقايسه شده است. نتايج به‌دست آمده از روش‌هاي مختلف شاخص تركيبي به استثناي روش تاپسيس، داراي هم‌بستگي بالايي با يكديگر هستند، همچنين طي مقاطع اشاره شده، درجه‌ي مقاومت اقتصادي ايران در بين كشورهاي منتخب روبه بهبود نبوده و بالعكس جايگاه كشور تنزل يافته است. طبقه بندي JEL : E00 ، C02

The aim of this study is to estimate, measure and also to compare aggregate methods for constructing the composite index of Economic Resistance for Iran & selected countries. Therefor in this article an attempt has been done for measuring and evaluation of main macro-economic objectives, and economic resistive situation. Also Iranʹs status between the seven greatest rival countries in the region in the six indices by Using “Distance-to-reference” method has been determined using five popular methods in constructing composite indicator (SAW, TOPSIS, revised PCA, Taxonomy and revised Optimum Deviation). The result of the composite economic indicator reveals that Iranʹs status was fourth between the selected countries at 2000 & 2005 years, but this status has depreciative trend to fifth rank at 2010 & 2014 years.
