بررسي رابطه تكميلي ميان آزادي و عدالت اجتماعي با تاكيد بر قرآن‌كريم

The Study of the Complementary Relationship between Freedom and Social Justice with an Emphasis on the Qur’an

عدالت و آزادي از دغدغه‌هاي هميشگي بشري در حيات سياسي- اجتماعي بوده است. با توجه به آن‌كه گاه پنداشته مي‌شود كه ميان آن‌دو، تقابل يا چالش است، فهم و بررسي رابطۀ آنها اهميت بسيار دارد. هدف مقاله، پاسخ به اين پرسش است كه با توجه به آيات و منطق قرآن‌كريم، چه رابطه‌اي ميان عدالت اجتماعي و آزادي وجود دارد. براي پاسخ، بر اين امر تاكيد شده است كه با در نظرگرفتن مفهوم محوري احقاق حق در عدالت اجتماعي و با فراگير‌شدن آن در جامعه، افراد به حقوق شايسته و بايسته خويش، دست مي‌يابند و يكي از بزرگ‌ترين آن حقوق، آزادي است كه با حضور عدالت، استيفا مي‌شود. اين نسبت را مي‌توان با توجه به سخن الهي، در مصاديقي مانند رهايي از حاكميت طاغوت و استثمار، اجراي احكام و دستورات الهي، محوريت قانون الهي، شورا، امر به‌معروف و نهي از منكر، رصد و پي‌جويي كرد. بي‌اعتنايي به عدالت، بي‌اعتنايي به آزادي است و بدون آزادي، همۀ حصه‌هاي عدالت در جامعه تامين نمي‌شود. اين بررسي با توجه به روش تحليلي انجام شده است.

Justice and freedom have been a lasting concern for humanity in its political-social life. Considering that it is sometimes thought to be a conflict or challenge between them, their understanding is very important. The purpose of this article is to answer the question, what is the relationship between social justice and freedom, according to Qur'anic verses and its logic? To answer, it has been emphasized that taking into account the central notion of administration of rights in social justice and its expansion in society, individuals achieve their proper and desirable rights, and one of the greatest of those rights is the freedom realized in full, by presence of justice. This relationship can be observed with regard to divine words, in cases such as emancipation from the rule of evil and exploitation, the implementation of divine verdicts and orders, the centrality of the divine law, consultation, enjoining what is right and forbidding evil. Disregard for justice is disregard for freedom, and without freedom, all parts of justice in the community are not obtained. This study was done according to the analytical method.
