Measuring the Effectiveness of Intelligence Educational Courses (Study of the 12th MA Course of Intelligence)

زمينه و هدف: هدف كلي اين تحقيق شناسايي ميزان اثربخشي ادوار آموزشي كاركنان حفاظت اطلاعات (مورد مطالعه دوره 12 كارشناسي‌ ارشد حفاظت اطلاعات) است. مباني نظري از منابع مختلف جمع‌آوري و بر مبناي آن، الگوي تحقيق طراحي گرديد. اين پژوهش در مورد تاثير برگزاري ادوار آموزشي (دوره 12 كارشناسي ارشد حفاظت اطلاعات) بر اساس مدل «كرك پاتريك» در چهار سطح واكنش، يادگيري، رفتار و نتايج مطرح گرديده است. روش‌شناسي: اين تحقيق از نظر هدف «كاربردي» و از نظر روش «توصيفي- تحليلي» با رويكرد پيمايشي است. گردآوري اطلاعات به‌ روش ميداني و كتابخانه‌اي (سوابق، كتاب‌ها، مجله‌ها و فضاي مجازي) است و به‌منظور تحليل محتوا، روش پيمايشي با بهره‌گيري از ابزار پرسشنامه از نوع بسته بوده است و بر همين اساس نيز پرسشنامه‌ها پس از انجام بررسي‌هاي لازم و بر اساس سوال‌هاي مندرج در تحقيق، احصا و به‌صورت تمام‌شمار در جامعه نمونه توزيع گرديد. جامعه آماري تحقيق، دانشجويان دوره 12 كارشناسي ارشد حفاظت اطلاعات به تعداد 14 نفر و مديران و فرماندهان آنها نيز حدود 28 نفر بوده‌ است. عمليات جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از طريق پرسشنامه 22 سوالي با طيف ليكرت و با استفاده از مقياسي داراي پايايي و روايي، مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و داده‌هاي حاصل با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (با آزمون‌هاي t تك نمونه‌اي و فريدمن) مورد تجزيه ‌و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج به‌دست آمده از اين پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه ادوار آموزشي مورد نظر بر چهار سطح واكنش، يادگيري، رفتار و عملكرد موثر است؛ اما تاثيرگذاري آنها يكسان نبوده و داراي يك اولويت نمي‌باشند؛ به‌گونه‌اي كه ادوار آموزشي مورد نظر در رفتار، بيشترين تاثيرگذاري و بر عملكرد، كم‌ترين تاثيرگذاري را داشته است؛ در نهايت بر اساس يافته‌ها و نتايج به‌دست آمده در اين پژوهش، پيشنهاد‌هايي ارايه شده است. كليدواژه‌ها: اثربخشي آموزشي، حفاظت اطلاعات، رفتار فردي و اجتماعي، عملكرد آموزشي، واكنش يادگيري.

Background and Objectives: The purpose of this research is to identify the effectiveness of the educational course of intelligence department staff (i.e. the 12th MA Course of Intelligence). Theoretical foundations were collected from different sources and based on this, a research model was designed. This research has been conducted on the effect of educational courses based on the Kirkpatrick model in four levels of reaction, learning, behavior and outcomes. Methodology: This research is "applied" and "descriptive-analytic" with a survey approach. Data gathering was done by field and library methods (records, books, magazines and virtual space). For analyzing the content, a survey method using the closed-ended questionnaire was used. Accordingly, the questionnaires were distributed after the necessary examinations and based on the questions contained in the study. The statistical population of the study, 12 undergraduate and postgraduate students, and their managers and commanders were about 28 people. The data collection was carried out through a questionnaire of 22 questions with Likert scale and using a scale of reliability and validity. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (by single-sample t-test and Friedman tests). Findings and Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that the educational period is effective on the four levels of reaction, learning, behavior and performance; however, their impact is not the same and does not have a priority; finally, based on the findings and results obtained in this research, suggestions are presented.
