تبيين نقش سامانه‌هاي حفاظتي موثر در حفاظت از مكان‌ها و تاسيسات فاتب

Explaining the Role of Effective Protective Systems in the Protection of Places and Facilities of Metropolitan Tehran Police

زمينه و هدف: مكان‌ها و تاسيسات همانند ساير موضوع‌هاي مهم و اساسي در نيروي انتظامي، در معرض خطر و تهديدهاي امنيتي و غيرامنيتي قرار دارند و اقدام‌هاي حفاظت اطلاعاتي پيرامون آنها در برابر خطرها و تهديدها، امري ضروري است؛ بنابراين، هدف اين تحقيق، شناخت نقش سامانه‌هاي حفاظتي موثر در حفاظت از مكان‌ها و تاسيسات ستاد فاتب است. روش: اين پژوهش از نظر هدف «كاربردي» و از نظر روش «توصيفي-تحليلي» است. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر را تمامي فرماندهان، مديران و كاركنان دخيل در حفاظت اماكن و تاسيسات، همچنين كارشناسان حوزه حفاظت و پيشگيري در ستاد فاتب به تعداد 100نفر تشكيل داده‌اند و از آن‌جا كه تعداد جامعه آماري تحقيق، اندك مي‌باشد؛ بنابراين حجم نمونه به‌صورت تمام شمار بوده است. پرسشنامه‌هاي مورد استفاده در پژوهش، از روايي محتوايي و صوري برخوردار است و پايايي و اعتبار پرسشنامه‌هاي اين تحقيق با محاسبه آلفاي كرونباخ، مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. مقدار ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ كل 912/0 به‌دست آمد كه نشان دهنده وجود پايايي بالايي براي پرسشنامه‌ها مي‌باشد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق: يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش نشان داد كه تعبيه سامانه حفاظت فيزيكي، الكترونيكي و الكتريكي و حفاظت ويژه، تاثير معناداري بر حفاظت موثر از مكان‌ها و تاسيسات ستاد فاتب دارد و از نظر اعضاي جامعه تحقيق، موثرترين روش حفاظتي در ستاد فاتب، حفاظت الكترونيكي و كم‌اثرترين روش، حفاظت فيزيكي مي‌باشد. كليدواژه‌ها: مكان‌ها و تاسيسات، حفاظت فيزيكي، حفاظت الكترونيكي، حفاظت ويژه، سامانه‌هاي حفاظتي.

Background and objectives: Places and facilities, as well as other important issues in police forces, are at risk and security and non-security threats. Information protection measures against them are imperative. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to recognize the role of effective systems in the protection of places and facilities of Metropolitan Tehran Police. Method: This research is "applied" and "descriptive-analytic". The statistical population of the present research consists of 100 people in all the commanders, managers and staff involved in the protection of places and facilities, as well as experts in the field of protection and prevention at the Fateb Headquarters; the number of statistical population of the research is small; therefore, the total sample size have been selected. The questionnaires used in the research had the content and face validity and reliability of the questionnaires of this research have been measured by Cronbachʹs alpha. The total Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient was 0.912, indicating a high reliability for the questionnaires. Findings and conclusion: The findings of this study showed that the embedding of physical, electronic and electrical protection and special protection system has a significant effect on the effective protection of the headquarters. According to the members of the research community, the most effective method of protection at the headquarters is electronic protection and the less effective method is physical protection.
