حضور شيعيان در مناصب سياسي ـ اداري سلجوقيان

The Presence of the Shiites in the Official-Political Positions during the Seljuqs Dynasty

بعد از يك دوره بي‌مهري نسبت به شيعيان در طول حكومت سه پادشاه اول سلجوقي(طغرل بيك ،آلب ارسلان و ملكشاه) بويژه از اواسط قدرت‌گيري ملكشاه شاهد قدرت‌يابي تدريجي شيعيان امامي در دستگاه حكومتي مي‌باشيم. در اين مقاله زمينه‌هاي موثر در فرآيند تقويت تعامل جامعه شيعي با حكومت و مشاركت در حوزه قدرت سياسي و تصدي امور حكمراني دردوره سلجوقيان مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد. سوال اصلي چنين مطرح است كه با وجود سياست ديني سلجوقيان كه جانب‌داري از مذهب اهل سنت بود چرا و چگونه شيعيان متمايل به همكاري با حكمرانان سلجوقي شده و در واقع اين امر را قابل قبول يافتند. بر اساس داده‌هاي موجود اين فرض مطرح مي‌شود كه شيعيان براي حفظ جايگاه خود در جامعه و با توجه به اصول و مباني پس از دوران غيبت كه در احكام و انديشه‌هاي آنان موجود بود به همكاري وكسب مناصب تراز اولي همچون ديواني (وزارت) تمايل يافتند.

After a period of unkindness towards the Shiites during the reigns of the three first Seljuq monarchs (Tughril Baik, Alb Arsalan and Malikshah), especially from the middle of the Malikshah' power, we witness the gradual empowerment of the Imamites Shiite in the government affairs. In this paper, the effective factors in the process of strengthening the interaction of the Shiite community with the government and their participation in the political power and the management of governmental affairs during the Seljuq period are examined. The main question is that, in spite of the Seljuq religious policy, which supported the Sunni sect, how and why Shiites became keen to work with the Seljuq rulers and found it acceptable. According to the available data, it is assumed that the Shiites tended to cooperate with the government and governors and hold positions, such as Ministers to maintain their positions in the society according to the principles and foundations which were in their precepts and thoughts after the absence of Imam Mahdi.
