ز آنجايي كه در قرآن كريم آيات فراواني درباره هستي‌شناسي، طبيعت شناسي، زيست‌شناسي، پزشكي و خلقت انسان‌ها و موجودات وجود دارد، از همان آغاز نزول، قرآن محل گفتگوي دانشمندان و مفسران بوده است و هر يك تلاش نموده‌ مقصود خداوند را در اين آيات مشخص نمايند. بيشترين تلاش‌هاي تفسيري از قرن چهاردهم به بعد ـ و پس از پيشرفت علوم در همه عرصه‌ها و مخصوصاً پس از مجادلات دامنه‌دار درباره تعارض علم و دين ـ در ميان دانشمندان مسلمان و بويژه مفسران قرآن ديده مي‌شود. از جمله اين مفسران آيت الله مكارم است كه در تفسير نمونه تلاش مي‌كند تا به تبيين آيات علمي قرآن با روش صحيح بپردازد تا از اين رهگذر اعجاز علمي قرآن را نيز ثابت نمايد. ايشان با اعتقاد به اينكه قرآن كتاب هدايت و انسان‌سازي است و نه كتابي علمي، با توجه به معيارهايي به تبيين اين گونه آيات مي‌پردازد. برخي از مهم‌ترين معيارهاي ايشان عبارتند از: تفسير قرآن بر اساس علوم قطعي و بي‌توجهي به فرضيه‌ها؛ تفسير قرآن بر اساس قواعد تفسير؛ حقيقي دانستن زبان قرآن در آيات علمي؛ موافقت تفسير آيات علمي با عقل؛ اين مقاله پس از مطالعه كامل آيات علمي در تفسير نمونه با هدف بررسي ژرف‌كاوانه جايگاه تفسير علمي و تشخيص معيارهاي صحيح آن در تفسير نمونه سامان يافته است.

Since there are many verses in the Qur'an regarding ontology, biology, medicine and creation of human and other creatures, some scholars and especially exegetes have attempt to clarify theses verses of the Qur'an from the time of revelation till now. Most efforts have been done from the fourteenth century onwards among the Muslim scholars and specifically Qur'an commentators, especially after scientific progress in the west and extensive debates about the conflict between science and religion. Makarem shirazi - one of the fourteenth century exegetes - in his interpretation called Nemouneh has interpreted scientific verses of the Quran and as a result to prove scientific miracle of the Qur'an. Results show that according to him, some criteria have to be considered for commenting theses verses of the Quran as follow: Interpretation of the Qur'an based on definite sciences and disregarding to the hypothesis, Interpretation of the Qur'an based on rules of exegesis, belief to the language of the Qur'an as a factual language and agreement of the interpretation with the reason. This research is going to show the position of scientific exegesis of the Quran and true criteria in Nemouneh by Ayato al-Allah Makarem.
