اثر حكمراني خوب بر سرمايه فكري در منطقه ويژه اقتصادي بندر امام خميني (ره)

Effect of Good Governance on Intellectual Capital in the Special Economic Zone of Imam Khomeini Port

حكمراني خوب عبارت است از فرايندها و ساختارهايي كه روابط سياسي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي را هدايت مي‌كند. سرمايۀ اجتماعي در جامعه شامل نهادها، رابطه‌ها، نگرش‌ها و ارزش‌هايي است كه بين مردم حاكم است و به توسعۀ اقتصادي و اجتماعي كمك مي‌كند. در پژوهش حاضر، تأثير حكمراني خوب بر سرمايۀ اجتماعي بررسي شده است. بدين منظور، پنج بعد حاكميت قانون، حق اظهارنظر، پاسخ‌گويي، شفافيت و اعتماد براي حكمراني خوب در نظر گرفته شده است. تحقيق حاضر از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي مي‌باشد از حيث شيوه مطالعه توصيفي- تحليلي و ميداني مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كاركنان صفي و ستادي منطقه ويژه اقتصادي، بندر امام خميني (ره) كه مشتمل بر 354 نفر مي باشد كه با كمك فرمول كوكران تعداد نمونه آماري 184 برآورد شد و روش نمونه گيري به صورت تصادفي ساده بود. براي سنجش متغير مستقل حكمراني خوب، از پرسشنامه استاندارد حكمراني خوب 35 سوالي كه توسط مقيمي و رمضان (1390) ترجمه شده و براي سنجش متغير وابسته از پرسشنامه استاندارد سرمايه فكري بونيتس و همكاران (2000) استفاده شد. ابراز تجزيه و تحليل اطلات با كمك نرم افزار AMOS مي باشد. نتايج حاكي از تأثيرگذاري حكمراني خوب بر سرمايۀ فكري است و بيشترين تأثير حكمراني خوب بر بعد سرمايه انساني است.

Good governance requires processes and structures that direct the political, social, and economic relations. Social capital in society consists of the institutions, relations, attitudes and values that govern the people and contributes to the economic and social development. The present study has investigated the effect of good governance on social capital. To this end, five dimensions of governance of law, the right to comment, accountability, transparency and trust have been considered for good governance. This is an applied research conducted as a field study using the descriptive-analytical method. The statistical population of this research consists of the personnel of the Special Economic Zone of Imam Khomeini Port with a total number of 354 employees among whom 184 employees were selected as the samle size using Cochran's formula and the simple random sampling method. The researchers have used the 35-item Good Governance Questionnaire translated by Moghimi and Ramazan (2011) Tin order to measure the independent variable of good governance, and used Bontis et al's (2000) intellectual capital questionnaire al. (2000) in order to measure the dependent variable. They used AMOS softwares for data analysis. The results indicate that good governance affects intellectual capital and it has the greatest effect on the human capital dimension.
