بررسي رابطه ويژگي هاي شخصيتي كارآفرينانه مادران با سرمايه روانشناختي و خلاقيت فرزندان

Investigating of the Relationship between Entrepreneurial Personality Traits of Mothers with Psychological Capital and Creativity of Children

پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسي رابطه ساده و چندگانه ويژگي هاي شخصيتي كارآفرينانه مادران با سرمايه روانشناختي و خلاقيت فرزندان آنها انجام شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش كليه دانشجويان مقطع كارشناسي رشته هاي علوم انساني دانشگاه آزاد مرند بود (415=N)، كه از اين جامعه آماري تعداد 200 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه از طريق روش نمونه گيري تصادفي خوشه اي و با استفاده از فرمول كوكران انتخاب شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي - همبستگي مي باشد. ابزارهاي جمع آوري اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه سنجش ويژگي هاي شخصيتي كارآفريني، پرسشنامه سرمايه روان شناختي و آزمون خلاقيت بودند كه به ترتيب داراي ضريب پايايي 92/.، 89/. و 87/. مي باشند. براي تحليل داده ها علاوه بر روش هاي توصيفي ميانگين و انحراف معيار از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چندگانه براي آزمون فرضيه ها استفاده شد. نتايج به دست آمده از پژوهش نشان داد كه: بين ويژگي هاي شخصيتي كارآفرينانه مادران با سرمايه روان شناختي و خلاقيت دختران رابطه مثبت و معني داري وجود دارد؛ در حاليكه رابطه ميان ويژگي هاي شخصيتي كارآفرينانه مادران با سرمايه روان شناختي و خلاقيت پسران معني دار نبود. همچنين نتايج بهدست آمده از تحليل رگرسيون گام به گام نشان داد كه؛ از ويژگي هاي شخصيتي كارآفريني، مولفه هاي تحمل ابهام (18/1)، ريسك پذيري (15/8) و توفيق طلبي (11/3) درصد واريانس متغير خلاقيت را تبيين كرده اند. در نهايت مولفه هاي مركز كنترل دروني و خلاقيت از ويژگي هاي صفات كارآفريني رابطه معني داري با سرمايه روان شناختي داشتند و مولفه توفيق طلبي بيشترين رابطه را با سرمايه روان شناختي داشته است (310=β). يافته هاي پژوهش حاضر تلويحاتي را به همراه دارد كه در مقاله به آنها اشاره شده است.

The present study investigated the relationship between simple and multiple personality and creativity, entrepreneurial mothers; their children are designed with psychological capital. The population studied included all undergraduate students of humanities majors were Azad University of Marand (N=415), the statistical population of 100 as the sample size through random cluster sampling method was chosen using Cochran formula. The study was descriptive - correlation. Data were collected through questionnaire of personality traits entrepreneur, investor questionnaires and psychological tests that creativity has a reliability coefficient of the order of ./01, ./80 and ./81 Requirements. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and regression method. The results showed that: the entrepreneurial personality characteristics of mothers' psychological capital and creative girls there was a significant positive relationship and the relationship of the ./001 Meaningful. While the relationship between personality traits and creativity, entrepreneurial mothers with sons' psychological capital is not significant. The results of the stepwise regression analysis showed that, of the entrepreneurial personality characteristics, components, tolerance of ambiguity (1881), risk taking (1588) and the success of the quest (1186), the percentage of variance explained Creativity have been explained in the amount of ./001 Meaningful. And the components of internal control and creativity of entrepreneurial traits and characteristics were significantly associated with psychological capital seeking the highest correlation with the equity component of success is psychological (β=610). These findings have some implications which they are mentioned in the article.
