Dynamic Ejtehad, the Approach of Revolutionary Howzeh

حوزه انقلابي مانند هر پارادايم ديگر، داراي دغدغه ها، مسائل و روش ويژه خود است كه موجب مانايي و پويايي آن مي شود. دغدغه حوزه انقلابي، برسازي تمدن اسلامي بر وزان دنياي معاصر است. بر اين اساس، در كنار مسائل فردي (تعبدي)، موضوعات اجتماعي را از «مسائل» خود مي داند و در تلاش است با روش «اجتهاد پويا» فقه را به عرصه اجتماع آورده، زندگي مومنانه را در دوران غيبت جاري سازد. در اين مقاله اصول و كاركردهاي اجتهاد پويا به عنوان روش حوزه انقلابي بررسي مي شود و به همين مناسبت از تغيير دغدغه ها و مسائل فقهي نزد ايشان سخن خواهد رفت.

Revolutionary Howzeh like any other paradigm is of concerns, issues with its own specific method and this very matter leads to its eternity and dynamicity. The concern of revolutionary Howzeh is constructing the Islamic civilization corresponding to the contemporary world. Moreover, it considers the social and individual issues and endeavors to bring jurisprudence in the social domain with the method of dynamic Ejtehad and to practice a life based on religious belief in occultation era. In this article, it is investigated the principles and applications of dynamic Ejtehad as the method of revolutionary Howzeh and accordingly, it is discussed in relation to the change of concerns and jurisprudential issues.
