Identifying the Components of good education in Sa'di's Go/estan

شناخت و بهره‌گيري از مؤلفه‌هاي تعليم‌وتربيت، از جنبه‌هاي فراواني اهميت دارد. بي‌ترديد، بخش قابل ملاحظه‌اي از آموزه‌هاي اخلاقي و تربيتي در آثار ارزشمند ادبي نگاشته شده است. يكي از شاهكارهاي بي‌مانند ادبي در اين خصوص، گلستان سعدي است. سعدي در گلستان، مهم‌ترين مفاهيم تربيتي و اساسي‌ترين شيوه‌هاي رفتار نيك و پسنديدۀ آدمي را بيان كرده است. او با نگاهي موشكافانه به انسان‌، حقايقي مربوط به تمامي طبقات جامعه را به تصوير مي‌كشد و در قالبِ پند و حكمت به مخاطب منتقل مي‌كند. هدف غايي اين پژوهش، شناسايي مؤلفه‌هايي تعليم‌ و تربيت مطلوب در گلستان سعدي است. اين مقاله از جمله پژوهش‌هاي ميان‌رشته‌اي در حوزۀ مطالعات علوم انساني است كه به روش كيفي و با «راهبرد داده‌بنياد» انجام شده است. در اين روش، پس از گردآوري داده‌هاي كيفي، مفاهيم مرتبط شناسايي شد. با دسته‌بندي، مقايسۀ مفاهيم و حذف موارد تكراري، مؤلفه‌هاي مورد نظر ترسيم شد. در پايان اين فرايند، پايه‌هاي اصلي نظريۀ «تعليم‌ و تربيت مطلوب در گلستان سعدي» شامل 68 مفهوم در قالب 14 مؤلفه تشكيل گرديد.

Recognizing and utilizing the components of education is important in many aspects. Undoubtedly, a considerable part of the moral and educational teachings has been written in valuable literary works. One of the most famous literary masterpieces in this regard is Go/estan Sa'di. Sa'di, in Golestan, has outlined the most important educational concepts and the most basic ways in which human beings are wellbehaved. With a careful look at man, Sa'di portrays the facts of all classes of society and passes it on to the audience in the form of wisdom. This paper is one of the interdisciplinary researches in the field of humanities that has been done by qualitative research methodology with the data strategy of the foundation. In this method, relevant concepts were identified after collecting qualitative data. By categorizing, comparing concepts, and removing duplicates, the components are plotted. At the end of this process, the main foundations of the theory of "good education in Sa'di's Golest@n" consisted of 68 concepts in the form of 14 components.
