Evaluation of the effectiveness of environmental education to IT department of Samen Credit Institue to design green data center to develop using renewable energy and environmentally friendly technologies

زمينه و هدف: اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي ارزيابي واكنش، يادگيري و رفتاري فراگيران از دوره آموزش و توانمند سازي كاركنانIT موسسه اعتباري ثامن به منظور طراحي ديتا سنتر سبز با هدف توسعه كاربرد انرژي هاي نو و فناوري هاي سازگار با محيط زيست، در سال 1393 اجرا گرديد. ديتا سنترهاي سبز مركزي براي ذخيره سازي، مديريت و انتشار داده ها هستند كه در زيرساخت هاي آن ها بالاترين كارآمدي به منظور به حداقل رسيدن هدر رفت انرژي و دستيابي به بيشترين بازدهي با كمترين تاثيرات محيط زيستي طراحي مي شوند. روش بررسي: براساس رابطه كوكران 40 نفر از جامعه آماري 45 نفري انتخاب شدند. با توجه به انتخاب الگوي آموزشي كرك پاتريك، پرسش نامه هاي ارزيابي در رتبه واكنشي و رفتاري در پايان دوره در اختيار فراگيران قرار گرفت. جهت بررسي رتبه يادگيري، پرسش نامه سوالات يادگيري پيش از برگزاري دوره و هم چنين در انتهاي دوره مجدداً در اختيار فراگيران قرار گرفت. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده ها و تاييد فرضيه ها از آمار توصيفي ميانگين و فراواني و آمار استنباطي (آزمون هاي K-S، Tوابسته و Tتك نمونه اي) در نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. يافته ها: براساس نتايج آزمون ها، فراگيران از مدرس، محتوا، امكانات و زمان بندي رضايت داشته و آموزش و توانمندسازي در سطوح واكنشي، يادگيري و رفتاري منجر به افزايش دانش و يادگيري آن ها نيز شده است. بحث و نتيجه گيري: پس از برگزاري دوره ، رتبه مهارت هاي شغلي، نظم و دقت در انجام وظايف، روحيه همكاري، رضايت شغلي، رفع مشكلات شغلي و به كارگيري آموخته ها در زمينه شغلي فراگيران افزايش يافته و از بعد رفتاري نيز نتايج مطلوبي براي بهبود طراحي ديتا سنتر سبز در پي داشته است.

Background and Objective: This study was implemented in 1393، aimed to evaluate reaction، learning and behavior of learners from training course and empowerment SAMEN Credit Institu IT staff to design green data center with the aim of developing the use of renewable energy and environmentally friendly technologies. Green data centers are the building for storage، management and dissemination of data، which have the highest efficiency in infrastructure design to minimize wasted resources of electricity and to achieve maximum efficiency with minimal environmental impact. Method: By the Cochran formula، 40 persons among the 45 of SAMEN Credit Institute and Samen Ertebat ASR IT experts had been considered (2014). Given the choice Kirkpatrick model، at the end of the training course، evaluation questionnaires designed in behaving and reactive level had been given to learners. Due to checking the learning level، learning questionnaires had been given to learners before and after the course. In order to analyze the data and confirm the research hypotheses، descriptive statistics (mean and frequency) and inferential statistics (KS، T-dependent and T one sample tests) were analyzed by SPSS software. Findings:Given the results of these tests، learners from teacher، contents، features and timing of course were satisfied and the education and empowerment of employees in the reaction، learning behavior has also led to increased knowledge and learning. Discussion and Conclusion: After the training، skills، thoroughness in completing tasks، work morale، job satisfaction، resolve work problems and use of learning increased and this course from a behavioral perspective lead to the desired results for improve the design of green data center.
