بررسي عوامل موثر بر توسعه فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در كسب و كارهاي دانش بنيان كشاورزي مطالعه موردي : مركز رشد واحد هاي فناور طبرستان

Investigation of Factors Affecting Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Development in Agricultural Knowledge-Based business (Case Study: Tabarestan Technology Incubator)

امروزه در بسياري از كشورهاي توسعه يافته و در حال توسعه، بخش كشاورزي نقش مهمي در توليد غذا، ايجاد اشتغال و مبادلات تجاري دارد. از سوي ديگر شركت هاي دانش بنيان به عنوان گزينه اي كليدي براي توليد ثروت در كشورهاي درحال توسعه مي باشند و نقش موثر فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در توسعه كسب و كارها، بيش از پيش آشكار شده است. از اين رو هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي عوامل موثر بر توسعه فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در كسب و كارهاي دانش بنيان كشاورزي مي باشد. تحقيق حاضر بر حسب روش انجام كار از نوع توصيفي پيمايشي و از نظر هدف مورد نظر، كاربردي مي باشد. در اين پژوهش به منظور گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استفاده گرديد كه روايي آن با كسب نظر اعضاي هيات علمي و كارشناسان مربوطه تائيد قرار گرفت. پايايي آن نيز از طريق ضريب آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه و مقدار 0/793 برآورد گرديد. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر شامل مديران 24 ، كسب و كار دانش بنيان كشاورزي مستقر در مركز رشد واحدهاي فناور طبرستان مي باشد كه به روش سرشماري مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي تحقيق از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS21 اقدام گرديد. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه عامل زيرساختي به عنوان اولويت دارترين مولفه در توسعه فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات مي باشد و كامپيوتر و اينترنت به عنوان مهم ترين عامل زيرساختي، نقش اساسي در توسعه كسب و كارها، به ويژه كسب و كارهاي دانش بنيان دارند.

Today, in many of developed and developing countries, the agricultural sector plays an important role in food production, employment and trade. Furthermore knowledge- based companies are as a key option to produce wealth in developing countries and the effective role of information and communication technology in business development has become more evident. Therefore the purpose of this study was to Investigation of Factors Affecting Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Development in Agricultural Knowledge-Based business.This research is descriptive-survey based on the method of doing and in terms of target, is functional. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Its validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and also its reliability was reported 0/793 (the Cronbach's alpha). The population of this study included 24 managers of Agricultural Knowledge-Based business, based at Tabarestan Technology Incubator. They were selected by Census method. Data analysis was carried out in two parts: a description and analysis was performed using the SPSS21 software. The results showed that Infrastructure factor is the most important component in the development of Information and Communication Technology. The Computers and Internet are the most important of Infrastructure factor and they have a fundamental role in developing business, especially agricultural knowledge-based businesses.
