Political Horizons and Strategies of the Supreme Development Pattern of the Islamic Republic of Iran

افق و تدابير سياسي الگوي توسعه ي متعالي مشتمل بر افق و تدابير الگوي توسعه ي اقتصادي، سياسي و فرهنگي است كه پايه ي توسعه ي متعالي و افق و تدابير آن محسوب مي شود. الگوي تفصيلي و افق و تدابير مربوطه نيز شامل: زيربخش هاي كلان بخش هاي سه گانه ي اقتصادي، سياسي و فرهنگي الگو و زيرمجموعه ي گسترههاي سه گانه ي فردي، جمعي و اجتماعي آن و افق و تدابير متناسب با آنها ميشود. افق و تدابير، سازكارهاي تبيين علمي (نظري فلسفي كلامي و فقهي حقوقي)، ترويج عملي (راهبردي-كاربردي تخصصي و فوق تخصصي نخبگاني، عمومي مردمي و كارشناسي و مديريتي دولتي) و تحقق عيني (اجرايي-جاري سازي) تا پيمايش، آمايش و پايش آنها را نيز شامل ميشود. اين مقاله عهده دار تنظيم، ترسيم و تدوين اعم اهم اين افق ها و تدابير مي باشد.

The political horizon and strategies of the supreme development includes economical، political and cultural horizon and strategies of the supreme development pattern which is considered the basis of the supreme development and its horizon and strategies. The expanded pattern and its relevant horizon and strategies include: macro sub-sections of economical، political and cultural sections of the pattern and its triplet “individual”، “collective” and “social” subsets and corresponding horizon and strategies. Horizon and strategies also includes scientific explanation mechanisms (theoretical، philosophical، Kalaam-related and juridical-legal)، practical promotion (strategic-practical، technical and highly technical elite، public، expert and public administrative) and objective realization (executive، spreading) and their scrolling، make up and guarding. This paper aims at tuning، drawing and compiling the macro and micro features of these horizons and strategies.
